Enjoy being close to everything! This vacation rental is 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, 5 minutes from Biltmore Village, 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Pkwy! Perfect for your family vacation or friend's getaway. Close to breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, hiking, and any necessities. This cozy home is complete with a hot tub, fire pit, spacious back deck with dining and lounge area, fenced-in back yard, and full kitchen. Sleeps 8 with 1 king, 1 queen, 1 bunk bed (twin over full), and 1 futon. Dogs are welcome, and the backyard is completely fenced in. EV charger is available on-site and compatible with all electric vehicles (Tesla owners must provide their own adapter).

Our second stay here and just as wonderful!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first!! We were there longer this time for my sisters elopement and did lot more and the location could not have been any better! Love the backyard of this house so much!

Great Asheville location that is pet friendly

Overall stay was excellent as Rachel was very responsive as a host and addressed any questions immediately. The house is older than the pictures depict and on a busy street with some traffic noise. It is in a great location close to downtown Asheville and other great area attractions. The house was well stocked and the coffee and dog supplies were most appreciated.

Great location and property!

We were in town for a wedding and the home was just as described. The fenced backyard amenities were especially nice for us as we were traveling with a dog. We did not get to do sightseeing this visit but would definitely stay at this property again. Property owners were great!

Asheville getaway!

We had a great stay! The home, while on a somewhat busy road, had a great fenced in backyard for the dogs to play. The house had everything we needed and was located close to coffee shops, restaurants, and downtown. We were able to do some hiking in the area as well (just about an hour or so from the home). Would stay again!

Amazing Stay

What an amazing property! Super clean, well stocked, (thanks for the coffee!) and comfortable. We stayed one night, although I wish we had more time to enjoy the hot tub and firepit. Rachel was a very responsive host, and you can tell she cares about your stay. All beds were comfy, super easy access and great location. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend and would love to come back!

Wonderful house in Asheville

Perfect for our family. Had everything we needed. Yard was great and there were even treats and toys for our pup! Great location. Very good communication from owners. We’ll totally look to stay again.

Great house and location

The house was great, it was well stocked and had everything we needed. The best part was the location. It was just a quick drive to the Biltmore, downtown Asheville, or out to breweries around Sierra Nevada. We had the best time and the host was a great communicator!

Family getaway

Had a mountain getaway from the hustle of the busy Charlotte life. Kids had fun playing in the backyard. Close to everything! Beds are comfortable very accommodating

Cute House, Great Location

The house is great. It was comfortable and clean. The hot tub and outdoor fire pit were excellent. Communication with the owners was positive. We were given appropriate instructions ahead of time, which was very helpful and appreciated. If we asked questions, they were answered in a timely manner. House location was great and made it easy to get to the attractions we wanted to get to while staying in Asheville. Would stay here again!

Great Asheville visit

Had a quick family (+dog) visit for our kids spring break. Fenced in yard was super convenient and we enjoyed the hot tub one cold night. Host was super communicative. House was very clean and tidy and had everything you need. The property was relatively close to downtown but we also ended up hiking the Triple Falls Trail in DuPont State Forest and going to Oskar Blues which were a beautiful drive out from Asheville. Enjoyed a great visit!

Amazing stay!

This was the best place I’ve stayed at! I normally bring all my own stuff but this had everything I needed already, including coffee and cream (this was our favorite part, we were tickled pink to have it already there)! Everything was clean and the hot tub and fire pit were awesome bonuses. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and lighting at night so we could see them and keep an eye on them while we were out there. We spent most of our time exploring the city and hiking, we also got engaged during this stay so this place is very special to us and we will absolutely be back! Thank you Rachel for being an excellent host while we stayed and checking in on us, it didn’t go unnoticed.

FANTASTIC!!

This was our first time to North Carolina and we absolutely loved this house! We had previously booked another place but we’re getting strange vibes from the owners so we cancelled and came across this one and we are so glad we did! The location of this house is perfect, the yard is amazing and the house is adorable! The Hosts were very nice and answered any and all questions we had! So helpful! We will be coming down again in October for my sisters wedding and hope to be able to book it again!

Biltmore trip

My family stayed here to visit the Biltmore. It is extremely close to the grounds. It was perfect for our needs especially being dog friendly.

Comfort & Convenience

The property is beautiful! The furnishings and amenities were lovely. Host interactions were professional and courteous. We loved the comfort of the home and location was fantastic. Would recommend and would book again with Rachel. Extra bonus we were able to bring our pup!

Family Christmas week vacation

Fantastic Backyard

The fenced in backyard was THE BEST for our fur baby, Leia. She was also very appreciative of the doggie bed. We used the fire pit several nights. The deck was amazing for morning coffee and evening libations. The house was clean and well equipped. The location was great for us-only 5-6 minutes from our daughter’s apartment-and convenient to great restaurants and breweries. Rachel was very responsive whenever I had questions and she is being very helpful in trying to get a couple items that we left behind back to us. Great Vrbo experience!
