This was a serviceable home close to the center of town. We spent the weekend there with 3 couples and it served our needs just fine. I would recommend the following: more towels, better pillows, better mattresses.

A wonderful stay in a beautifully renovated 1908 homeWe loved our stay in this 2BR house in Asheville. The host was highly attentive and communication was excellent from booking through checkout. Any question we had was answered quickly.Location is the real standout. It's an easy walk into downtown, and a lot is within walking distance. Plant, a lovely vegetarian restaurant, is nearby, along with Chick-fil-A and Harris Teeter for groceries. For breakfast, Liberty House Cafe is a lovely coffee shop. There's also off-street parking, which made arriving and settling in stress-free.The house itself was built in 1908 and has been fully renovated, so you get the character of an older home with modern comforts. The gas stove was great for cooking. The huge TV room with deep seating was perfect for relaxing in the evening.Outdoor space was a highlight. The porch is very comfortable. We brought an Eno hammock and extra tailgate chairs, but the swings meant we didn't need them. There's also a gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating.

Great location and house layout. Only two beds, both King, but several pullout sofas which were fine for kids. Loved the porch and swings. Nice big kitchen and dining room table for a group.

Beautiful craftsman home in downtown AVL!

This beautiful craftsman home, within walking distance of downtown and grocery stores, was the perfect place to host friends visiting AVL! Belle, the owner, is wonderful to work with and prompt to answering any and all questions! I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again!

Asheville Stay!

Clean, super location, could use a TV in the downstairs living room and a second hair dryer. Very solid value for the property and location.

Wonderful House in Asheville

Our family had a fantastic time staying in this centrally located home. Very clean, and 2 minutes from everything. Grove park, Liberty Cafe, Taco Temple etc.. I would highly recommend staying here with family/friends.

Great house and location!

The home offers a ton of space, and we especially enjoyed the huge front porch with the two porch swings and the large kitchen and dining area, which is where we mostly gathered. It's in a great neighborhood and only about a 10 minute walk to downtown along some scenic streets. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun Weekend!

We stayed in this house for a wedding weekend. The location is great. The front porch is amazing. It was the perfect set up for my husband, kids, and I to be upstairs and his parents to take the downstairs

Great location

This house was perfect for a girl’s weekend. It’s only about a mile to downtown Asheville and grocery stores are across the street. It’s clean, tidy and charming.

Convenient location, spacious, lovely outdoor space

We had a great stay in Asheville here. The house is roomy and lovely. We were traveling with four generations, and we were able to walk to downtown sites or hop in the car to explore the surrounding area. With choices for groceries just down the block, we enjoyed cooking and eating on the back deck. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in Asheville. The property location worked out well. We had some suggestions for the owners but overall everything was good.

A cute, cozy house with a great location close to downtown

Belle took very good care of us during our stay at her place in Asheville. The house is very clean, neat, and comfortable. We had everything we needed (except extra toilet paper), and if we didn't, Trader Joe's and Harris Teeter are right down the street. We felt safe at all times! We loved the porch swings, the beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were very clean. This is a great place to stay!

Big House Easy All Round

The house is perfect for a large group to hang out and be together. Communication with owner and property manager easy and incredibly responsive. An easy walk into town during the day. Recommend!!

Great house

Loved the location. Never moved our car. House very clean and loved the older home.great kitchen. Front porch perfect for enjoying morning coffee. Wished we’d been there longer.

Perfect for discovering Asheville

The location is superb, just moments from so many things including all of downtown. But the location is no better than the house itself and the way things are done by property management. Almost astonishingly clean; thoughtfully setup; great AC; back deck table with umbrella; broad front porch; plenty of parking...just ideal. And the house is a nice older house with character galore.
