Located in a welcoming residential neighborhood. Head to Fresno's Chaffee Zoo with the kids or take them to the Aerozone Trampoline Park.

Guests have full access to the studio - our place is comfortable and we hope you enjoy your stay!

There is only free street parking. Do not park in the driveway as that is reserved for the main house.

Do not block the fire hydrant or the neighbor's driveway.

If anything is missed and you suspect it isn't fulfilling expectations, please kindly reach out to us. We will bring it to you within your stay.

We have a contact team from 8 am to 9 pm available during your stay that can be reached via VRBO app/text/call.

• The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless late check-out has been requested and agreed.
• Please load all dishes and start the dishwasher (if one is available)and hand-wash any excess dishes.
• Please throw away all trash and remove unused food from the fridge.
◦ If you have extra time, please put all trash in the garbage bins outside.
• Please turn the thermostat AC up to 89 and Heat down to 55 (especially in summer and winter months)
• Put the house manual, house key (if used), and garage key/remote (if applicable) back in the location where it was found.
• Lock all entry/exit doors.
• Please message us once you have left the property.

Bright & Cozy Studio

The unit was very small, but we expected that. Very clean. Overall, a nice place. However, there were several problems that should be addressed. 1. We had to put down an exceedingly large damage deposit. I've never been asked that before. 2. Missing items: Hangers (only 5), bathroom hooks (0), coffee maker with no coffee pot. Told the host the first day, but got no response. 3. There was extra unneeded furniture. Since the unit was extremely small, it made it tough to get around. 4. Communication with host was very hit and miss, often no reply to my concerns. On a positive note, there was a rollaway bed beneath the full bed. That was very convenient, but was never mentioned in the description of the unit. That should be advertised. Overall, our experience went well. Terry Steele

Absolutely perfect

This studio is a gem. So clean, comfortable and has all the amenities you would need. Check in was a breeze, and the host sent a nice welcome message after our first night. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful as well. I would highly recommend this!!!!
