Welcome to our happy little cabin- the perfect getaway in Arnold. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this 3/2 is equipped with central heat and air, a rare feature, and is located in the Blue Lake Springs community. Come and enjoy its amenities- pool, two lakes with beaches, BBQs, tennis and basketball courts- or explore all this area has to offer- hikes, wine country, snow activities, etc.

Main floor has an open floor plan, well equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove, and 65” smart TV. The deck off the living space features a BBQ and gas fire pit. On this level there are two bathrooms, two bedrooms (both with ample closet space) and a laundry room. Retreat downstairs to the third bedroom/romp room where you’ll find one full bed, one twin bed, a shuffleboard and an additional 50” TV. Downstairs has a door so can be closed off for privacy- perfect for use as a bedroom or playroom.

Additional notes:

- Lots of things for kids (stroller, high chairs, Pack-n-play, baby monitor, toys, wagon, kids basketball hoop, inflatable pool for the deck, pool/beach toys, snow toys etc. If you`re traveling with kids, let us know and we can send you a list!)

-There are six shallow steps from the road to the front door.

Blue Lake Springs Recreation Center is open to renters (fees apply). At BLS there are tennis and basketball courts, two private lakes- Fly-In and Snowflake, pool, lodge, restaurant and kids play structure.

-We do not allow refunds for cancellations for weather-related issues i.e. snow or outages. This cabin is in the mountains at 4000` elevation which is well above the snow line. We will allow for partial refunds only in the rare event that getting to the cabin is not possible by any route.
HOA & Neighborhood Courtesy
Our HOA rules are strictly enforced. Quiet hours are 10pm–8am. After 10pm, please move all activity indoors, as sound travels easily in the neighborhood.

Smoking & Vaping
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including decks, patios, and outdoor areas.

Guests & Gatherings
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Please be sure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests, and notify us in advance if changes are needed. Parties or events are not allowed.

Pets
If you’re bringing a dog, please crate them whenever left unattended inside the home. For their safety and out of respect for neighbors, dogs may not be left outside unattended.

Parking
There is room for three cars parked one in front of the other on the gravel area in front of the house. If you have additional cars, please notify us and we can help you find a place to park as parked cars are not permitted on the roads in Blue Lake Springs, including at the end of the cul-de-sac

Trash & Recycling
All trash and recycling should be put in the bear bin in front of the house. Please do not leave any food or trash outside due to wildlife.
