This house checked all the boxes , location was great, house was clean and the linens and towels fresh. The design was excellent and so welcoming and relaxing - felt like home for our 2 week stay. Lots of stuff for the kiddos to do as well and the pool clean and refreshing.Kitchen was great and we used it everyday as well as barbecued by the pool.The host was beyond excellent and was very nice to work with and her communication was immediate.I would highly recommend this house for your Plano, Texas stay.Thank you to the hostfor sharing your home,MD

We just got back from our vacation and it was awesome we love being comfortable and this house was that, it had everything we needed and more the pool was perfect sofas are comfy and big restrooms are really nice rooms are perfect kitchen was nice my boys played a lot in the garage with the ping pong table this house I will def recommend.

Overall a very nice place to stay. Minor issues- “game room”, no air flowing for the air hockey game and the toddler trampoline was noisy. Gate from the back yard to the driveway needs fixed so it will lock. Gate to pool needs fixed and the towels in the kitchen closet need to be fully dried before they are put away, smelled kind of musty. Overall, I give it a 4 1/4 stars out of 5.

The marketing photos on this property are deceptive, and don’t show the deferred maintenance or lack of cleanliness. Basic expectations, like hand towels, kitchen wash cloths, Kleenex, pool towels were not provided. Pillows had stains, walls dirty, overgrowth of algae in pool, etc. see list in photos. Too much to list. Location was a positive feature.

Agree with others guest who posted - House looks like the pictures, but it’s pretty worn in some places. It’s clean, but definitely well loved. The game room in garage was great and the swimming pool and the pool table were great to keep kids occupied. We walked the neighborhood after dinner and felt very safe.

My wife and I stayed for 10 days. We so appreciated the set up and cleanliness of the house. The amenities we're great. We used the pool frequently. Sam was a great host and outfitted the home with nice treats. There were other things to take advantage of at the house but we didn't use. The neighborhood is quiet, easy to get to and park. Great to walk around and in walking distance of many helpful retail / food/ cafes & desert places. We could absolutely see this as a great place to bring kids!

Fun Summer Getaway

This home was perfect for our family summer getaway. There was plenty of room for my husband and I, two adult daughters, and teenaged son to have our own space, but also come together for family activities. The pool table, swimming pool, and other games were nice additions. The host was super friendly and responsive and even welcomed us with a sweet treat when we arrived! I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again the next time we are in the Dallas/Plano area!

Checked in around 8pm. Advised host of dirty dishes in the drawers, hairs stuck to cutting boards, dirty water in the kettle, damp towels in the dryer. She proceeds to respond to me when I had went to bed. Then I get 4 missed calls at 130am from a lady who said shes from VRBO saying host wants to cancel the reservation because I complained. I didnt complain I merely pointed out a few things that I didnt want to be charged for. I told them it was unacceptable while I was half asleep to deal with this. In addition, the shower was nasty, the entire house has terrible wiring. Everytime you turned on a hair dryer or ran the dishwasher the entire houses lighting would flicker sometimes almost go dark. I have video and photos. Air hockey table didnt work and it was in a game room which is a garage and therefore is basically 95 degrees 24/7. Pool was decent until the landscaper came through and filled it with grass. All in all this is a case of looks good in photos but when you get there you wish you hadn't. The trash cans were out back, im not from texas. I assumed the one that was full of trash was the proper one. It was full so I was told to leave the trash next to the bin. It was supposed to be collected today. I came out to throw away the final bags to find it was the only one that wasnt collected. Appears that it was the wrong one. So I used the other that was not on the street to be collected.

This "luxury" home is not as advertised. My biggest complaints are the state of the pool (tiles have fallen off and some at the bottom of the pool) and the rip in the pool table. There are other issues that I won't go into, but in general, I was disappointed. Not worth what I paid.

Good Space, Location, Owner Communication

This property worked out well for our visit with family. There was plenty of space for the 4 of the to come over for pizza and watch a movie with us on the giant TV screen. It was truly like being at the movies together!The owner was very communicative and kind to allow us to enter the property early because we had our grandson with us who needed a nap. And also provided coffee, chocolate, and a few bags of chips to kick off our snacks.We got the impression that home improvements were a work in progress. It appears many have been worked on and I’m sure more are to come. The owner is very attentive and very kind.Be careful using the vent fans in the two bathrooms because they make a very loud screeching noise, but we just remembered and didn’t flip them on. Don’t be alarmed by the large weeds as you walk up to the front door, everything else seemed fine. The swimming pool fence and surrounding area, including table and chairs for sitting out by the pool look like they may need to be replaced soon. I was just careful to sit forward in a way that if the webbing ripped out the rest of the way, I wouldn’t fall. But again, those things did not keep us from having a great time swimming in the pool with our grandson. As someone previously mentioned, the felt on the pool table has a large rip in it, but unless you are serious pool players, you can still enjoy playing.Overall, we had a very positive experience. And with continued upgrades this will definitely be a 5 star.
