Was very happy with our stay! Home was just what we were hoping for and more. Great neighborhood, clean home, and had everything in the kitchen to prepare any meal! Pool was very clean, (wish the weather was warmer for us) but overall, very pleased with our stay!

Everything was perfect. House is comfortable, in a really nice neighborhood and close to a beautiful park.We got all the information needed for check in and check out.A very clean and well-equipped house.

Was very nice enjoyed our stay too bad weather was not warm enough to use the pool ( not sure if pool was heated or not) was a good location to do some fun site seeing! Would stay again. Thank you

Conveniently located

The location is very convenient, providing easy access to local amenities, and the pool is a wonderful feature for cooling off in the Texas heat.

Overall, it was an excellent stay. The host was very communicative and quick to respond when needed. Location was great. The alleys were a little tricky, but I liked that we were able to park off the street. The beds in the room with the double beds were slightly uncomfortable, which is the only less than positive thing I can say about the property. Would book again!

We're so glad the stay was excellent overall and that the location and communication stood out during your visit. We appreciate the feedback on the double beds and have since added mattress pads and protectors to give them some extra comfort. As for the alleys, we do provide instructions on navigating both the back alleys and main roads to make parking easier, and we're glad it worked out well for you to park off the street. Perfect

The location is next to a nice size park with a walking trail. The pool in the backyard was wonderful. This home is exactly what we were looking for.

House is in a good location to Frisco, McKinney, & Prosper. Pool is very nice and relaxing. The high fence provides a lot of privacy. Have some things I would’ve wanted to be in better condition/cleaned better, but I’m also pretty picky.

Pick this house

We had a wonderful stay! The host had great communication—quick to respond and addressed any questions or concerns right away. The beds were super comfortable, and the AC kept the house nice and cool, which is a must in the Texas heat.The pool was definitely the highlight—crystal clear, clean, and very private, which made it even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and cozy, which added to the relaxing atmosphere.The location was convenient and close to everything, and we had no issues with grocery delivery or finding the address.Highly recommend this home, especially for families with children. We’d absolutely stay again!

Easy to access property not far from everything

Home was well tended to, furnished very nicely. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cutlery. Nice decor. Beds in all three rooms were extremely comfortable. Neighbors were quiet. Very good value for the nightly price. There is some wear in the bathrooms, like wall stains in the master and chipped tile in the shower floors. None of that bothered us but others might be concerned. Would be happy to book again as is.

The house was great. Beds were all comfortable, and the house was well supplied. As a bonus, the house is within walking distance of some amazing BBQ, Hutchins BBQ. The family loved our stay!
