Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this quiet, comfortable and centrally-located home. Located within 1 mile of downtown Sevierville, Soaky Mtn Waterpark, Sevierville Events Center, Sevierville Golf Club, Shopping. 25 mi. to Neyland Stadium, 7 mi to Dollywood & Pigeon Forge, and some of the best fishing in the country. We had a wonderful stay. I loved seeing the birds that were at the bird feeder located in a kitchen window. The bed slept great. The house was very clean and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outside seating area and was very relaxing.

The cleanest home. The night lights and plug in air fresheners was a plus. The location is perfect. The most peaceful and serene place. We are returning customers. Hopefully we can do a return trip.

First class accommodation

Everything was perfect. The best thing about the property is the location. You’re close enough to Gatlinburg and close enough to getting out without fighting the traffic.Also, the house is beautiful and immaculate. Zero complaints.

This house is one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed at. Very clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us and our 2 dogs. Will definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip 2024

This home was amazing. So clean. Air freshener plug ins made the home smell so nice. Everything was as listed. Easy to get to. Far enough out it was peaceful but close enough to get to restaurants in minutes. Cell phone chargers in every bedroom was a plus. Snacks, coffee, shampoo, soap, and cleaning supplies provided. Outside sitting area was amazing. This home will not disappoint.

Family getaway

Everything was so clean and tidy! The kids loved the trundle bed. We enjoyed being able to find the house at night with the outside lights! The dog crate and bowls were a huge bonus as we didn't have to bring ours with us!

Great location, great house

We really enjoyed our stay at the homestead. Close enough to easily go see the sites, but not too close to feel overwhelmed by the bustle. Unlike other rentals, this house had everything needed to have an extended stay. Would definitely want to stay here again if we ever visit in the future. Thanks!

Weekend stay

Property was very clean and conveniently located. This place had lots of extras that the owners didn’t have to provide but was greatly appreciated. It was obvious the owners take pride in their property. We will definitely be back.

Homestead away from home

This property was more than expected.It was very well kept and so spacious..We had everything provided as far as cleaning supplies. Complimentary sweets and coffee was also provided..There was a dog cage and bowls for pets..This was definitely a saver.The owner made it clear to call if anything went wrong or we needed anything..I give this Homestead a 10 out of 10. It is a must stay at least once.All want think as i do but without exaggeration; it is a great place..It's approximately 15-18 from the Parkway.So go ahead an beat me booking again..You want be disappointed.
