Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this quiet, comfortable and centrally-located home. Located within 1 mile of downtown Sevierville, Soaky Mtn Waterpark, Sevierville Events Center, Sevierville Golf Club, Shopping. 25 mi. to Neyland Stadium, 7 mi to Dollywood & Pigeon Forge, and some of the best fishing in the country. Absolutely wonderful rental. Great location, very clean and tidy, had everything we would need for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend and we would certainly return to stay again!

Perfect!

This house is one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed at. Very clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us and our 2 dogs. Will definitely stay here again.

First class accommodation

Everything was perfect. The best thing about the property is the location. You’re close enough to Gatlinburg and close enough to getting out without fighting the traffic.Also, the house is beautiful and immaculate. Zero complaints.

Such a beautiful cozy place close to everything

Great location, great house

We really enjoyed our stay at the homestead. Close enough to easily go see the sites, but not too close to feel overwhelmed by the bustle. Unlike other rentals, this house had everything needed to have an extended stay. Would definitely want to stay here again if we ever visit in the future. Thanks!

Weekend stay

Property was very clean and conveniently located. This place had lots of extras that the owners didn’t have to provide but was greatly appreciated. It was obvious the owners take pride in their property. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Place

This property is beautiful, cozy and close to everything we needed, it has a lot more amenities then most. Waters and snacks upon arrival and my kids loved the games in the kitchen. Smart TVs is all the rooms. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Week of Rest and Relaxation

Everything was as expected! Easy to get to and It was clean and well organized. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and our dog was very comfortable. Everything was fresh and polished and best we have experienced in the area. We had everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go to was close by. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home for the week.

Girls Trip 2024

This home was amazing. So clean. Air freshener plug ins made the home smell so nice. Everything was as listed. Easy to get to. Far enough out it was peaceful but close enough to get to restaurants in minutes. Cell phone chargers in every bedroom was a plus. Snacks, coffee, shampoo, soap, and cleaning supplies provided. Outside sitting area was amazing. This home will not disappoint.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Our family really enjoyed staying here. Had everything we needed and then some. Was easy to find and was close to Pigeon Forge. Was wonderful that we could bring our mini goldendoodle with us. Even had dog dishes if you forget yours. Not to worry if you don’t have a pet as there are no signs that any had been there. Plenty of space to spread out and all rooms had tvs in them. Was nice to have two bathrooms. It is beautifully decorated inside. You won’t be disappointed staying here. We would love to stay here again sometime.
