We enjoyed the convenience of the property to all the places we were visiting..The house was clean and and quiet area.. The neighborhood is run down but, that is everywhere.. We were not bothered at all.. We had a very busy week and was nice coming back to a cool house and relax..

Overall, I would say this would be ok for a 1-2 night stay. I'm going to start with the good things about this property. The location was great. Truly close to Niagra Falls State park and all the restaurants and things to do in that area. Also, the hosts were very responsive which I appreciate. As far as the negative, the house does not have central AC. It does have window units, which work better in some rooms than others. The bathroom is a very tight squeeze. If you're a family of tall people like us, using it may be a challenge.

This was the perfect location for our family of 6 to stay and be close to Niagara Falls Park.

Sam was a great host and communicated very well. The property is kept very well given the history and character of the home. It was very easy to make this place feel like home. There was a great fenced in backyard for the kids or pets to play. The neighborhood looks a bit run down but I assure you that it was very peaceful and quiet. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. And make sure you are aware there is no parking in front of the house on Mondays due to street sweepers but there is plenty of parking on the side street. You're literally only 5-10 min from the Falls which made it very convenient to get back and forth to our destination. Towels and shower essentials were available but I would suggest bringing your own wash cloths (if you use them) since there were minimal available.

Home Away from Home

This place gives you the " home away from home" vibes.My family enjoyed this spacious, nice ,comfortable and very homy place.I will highly recommend this place and looking forward to stay again for any future family visit. Thank you.

The property is in an area that is a bit run down, but was quiet at night. One suggestion would be that if the guest cannot park in the garage state that in the description. That was one reason why we rented this property and on the day we were to arrive was told to park on the street, along with not using the jacuzzi. Don’t feel like we got what we paid for.

Run down

Communication & check in process was good. Very close to Niagara Falls was a big bonus. The house & neighborhood was very run-down. Furniture was dirty & overall the house needed a good cleaning.

Nice Little City House

The house is directly in the city. It can seem daunting if you are not familiar with a city setting. However, the neighborhood was quiet, the yard is fenced, the garage is useable and the house was nice. The host was responsive to our questions and it was a nice stay. I did suggest they add a toaster to the kitchen and provide more towels for both the bath and kitchen. Otherwise, it was only 5 minutes from the Falls and very very convenient.

Worked for us

My two children (12&13), dog and myself stayed for 2 nights while visiting Niagra Falls. It was about a little less than a 10 minute drive to the falls, which was great, but the neighborhood was a little run down. The house worked for us, but wasn't the cleanest. There was about a years worth of dust & garbage (including a Dunkin' donuts cup under one of the beds. One of the beds was broken, but I fixed it.

The property was very clean and roomy. I felt the age of the home made it cozy. Parking was the only issue as the next door house had not cut their grass all summer and this made exiting the car on the curb side difficult. This was nothing the Verbo owner had control over.
