We had a fabulous time at this little cabin! It was safe, clean, allowed for our two dogs and overall an incredibly comfortable space. The steam shower was awesome and such a treat. We came at the right time of year and will definitely return!

Great location tucked up on the hill.Cabin had all the amenities you needed and then some! Steam shower and heated floors in the bathroom were a welcoming treat ! Gorgeous views and a wonderful stay! Definitely recommend and would stay here again! 10/10!!!!!

Lovely property with scenic views from every window( lots of windows) Well stocked for our needs. Spent most of our time in the sun room. Would have been nice to have another comfy chair but table with chairs worked as well This was a 3 night unplanned getaway and it was perfect.

The enclosed/glassed-in porch gives you the impression of hanging within the trees and optimizes the sunny, peaceful vibe of this small cabin.Very comfortable W Va retreat, about 25 min from Harper’s Ferry and Charles Town. Two nice rooms. We enjoyed the throwback DVD collection.

This was such a lovely, clean home. The robes were such a nice touch! We didn’t want to leave. It’s in a peaceful spot and felt very homey. Thank you for being dog friendly.

This cabin is the PERFECT getaway spot! It's beautiful inside and out and I loved watching the deer in the morning drinking my cup of coffee in the sunroom. A couple of my best friends and I planned a trip to Charles Town for a book event and this place was so nice to come back to after our long day's adventures downtown. Super clean and had everything you could possibly need! Brigid was so sweet to call and let me know about an opening the night before our stay after I asked about it and was super communicative the whole time. 10/10 recommend and would love to come back with my husband and our baby sometime soon! Thank you to the hosts so much!

We enjoyed our 4 night visit at The Cabin at Alta Vista. The cabin is a relaxing home away from home. There are so many personal touches the owners leave for their guests. The sunroom was our favorite place to hang as a family and work puzzles and play board games. The cabin is close to towns if you want to explore, but it's a wonderful space if you're looking for a rental to stay and recharge!

This is a beautiful, clean, traquil and relaxing home away from home. The beds are comfortable, the living space is open and full of light during the day. The hosts have made great efforts to make this a family and/or couple friendly destination. Our dog was welcomed and enjoyed her stay (being with her people). The views are spectacular.

Wonderful retreat. Second time visiting and is top of the list when I am in the area. Cozy but plenty of space, all you need to relax and recharge while being close to great outdoor experiences.
