Loved our visit! Clean space with cute front area to sit outside. Very close walk to beach and boardwalk. Owner answered all questions immediately! Look forward to staying here again!

Great communication with owner before and during stay. Unit was very clean, bed very comfortable. GREAT location in a quiet area. Was very nice having a covered " front porch " to sit outside at when we came off the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Property was close to beach. Cute place, although a bit noisy. Also we could have used more bath towels and blankets. Shower is tiny with bad lighting.

Great little place to stay-amazing location. I would not recommend this place for more than 2 people-the sleeper sofa is tiny and uncomfortable as a couch, let alone a bed.

Super close to the beach

My 7 year old son and I had a great time. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The beach was beautiful. We’d stay again.

Perfect location

Beautiful and comfortable! So close to the beach we could run home and grab stuff and go to the bathroom! Had everything we needed!

Couples weekened

Everything was so nice, Clean and accommodating for our needs. Even having the beach passes was great! A close walk to the boardwalk and the bars. Will def stay again. Host was very helpful.

Peaceful R&R

The location was perfect, just a stone throw to the boardwalk and beach yet very quiet and peaceful. Very clean and modern. The Lavazza coffee provided was amazing👏

Check in was the easiest I’ve ever encountered. I had all the information I needed before the day of check in so things went seamlessly. House was clean and had everything we needed.

Great location

Clean and accurate listing. Was perfect for my husband and I. Steps from the beach and boardwalk. Walking distance to local pubs and restaurants. Definitely would book here again. Our host, James was a pleasure to book from.

U know what they say about a house ? Location-location-location that was key ! Very clean , AC units worked excellent, bed was comfortable & we enjoyed our stay there very much . Would stay there again in a heart beat !!!

We did find the same pros and cons as most people. A very clean property best suited for two people or two young people with a small child. You can’t beat the location, it is about 50 steps from the end of the boardwalk. You also have many fine bars and restaurants within the ocean Terrace and Boulevard streets area. In one directionThere is a CVS less than a 10 minute walk away and in the other direction, there is a 711 about a 10 to 12 minute walk away. We had a nice covered front porch which is shared .There is a designated offstreet parking space on the side of the building.Some issues we personally had were that the bathroom is small and the standup shower(which has excellent water pressure) is very small and hard to maneuver in. Floor space is only 3‘ x 3. As mentioned by other guests, only two bath towels are available which is a little inconvenient because there is no washer or dryer on premises and it seems to be most people will stay here between two and five days. There’s also one dish towel for the kitchen area and that’s it. The dorm room furniture in the dining area and living area are very uncomfortable. The AC units in the living area and the bedroom were efficient and fairly quiet.A nice enough property, but personally probably would not stay here again.
