Spectacular view of beautiful Lake Tapps with hot tub. Relax on the patio and take in the beauty of this park like setting. Very close to Crystal Mountain Ski Resort, Rainier national Park, Kelly Farm, white River Amphitheater, Seattle & Tacoma. Self check in's. This apartment is located below the main residence and is completely private and separate from the upstairs. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a hide a bed, a foosball table. A functional kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, electric skillet, countertop oven, gas grill on the patio, a dining area and a eating bar. The patio is perfect to watch the sunsets over the lake!. (There is a possibility that you may hear sounds from the unit above the apartment.)

L’hébergement était très bien. Nous entendons par contre l’étage du dessus quand un téléphone sonne ou qu’une personne marche mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça. Nous avons tout le nécessaire à proximité, à environ 10/15 minutes de voiture et c’est un endroit très calme avec une superbe vue dans le jardin.

Cozy weekend stay

This property was perfect for a rainy weekend stay. We loved the cozy touches which included comfy robes and firewood stocked next to the wood stove. Waking up to the beautiful lake views and enjoying the hot tub, which was covered from the rain, were our favorite parts. We would absolutely stay here again.

Sisters Getaway

Clean and welcoming. Friendly hosts. Perfect kitchen and comfy living room. Obsessed with shampoo & conditioner provided. Water was awesome. Not crazy about the bed topper but everyone has their own preference. Grill was great... we had a nice time.

Extraordinary

We had an incredible stay- couldn't have been better! Everything about this suite was enjoyable- the gorgeous location, the contemporary styling, the hot tub, amenities, solitude, cleanliness and the hosts responsiveness and kindness. We would love to come back again! Thank you for a much-needed calm and happy retreat.

Amazing views

We live close by but love the water and don’t know anyone that lives on a lake so we booked this for a weekend getaway and it was perfect! Didn’t get to go on the water due to weather but we will be back and hopefully with our two boys. The place was clean and nice! Hot tub was lovely and the view - well you can’t beat it! Can’t wait to book another stay!

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I stayed 4 nights here and enjoyed it! The view from the back door while your eating your breakfast and drinking your morning coffee in peace without your toddler making demands made this trip memorable! The hot tub was very clean and managed, we felt at home and relaxed. Do note this is a basement of someone's house- you will hear every step they make and can tell when the dog gets the zoomies but they did stop walking around by 9pm. It wasn't too much but just a heads up. And host- the bed needs help! It needs new pillows- the ones on the bed are flat and had no firmness to them. The bed was too soft, my husband is a bigger guy and he sunk to the bottom haha! Overall- we will stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!!

What a beautiful property. We were so thrilled to stay at the lake! The suite was so well stocked with everything we needed to feel so at home. We grilled on the bbq and ate outside to enjoy the view. The kids were so excited to be able to use the lake toys which we had not expected, and were so thankful to have access to. Thank you so much for a wonderful family getaway!

Beautiful Lake Getaway

This place was amazing! Manager messaged back fast and was very accommodating. We felt privacy even with them living upstairs. The paddleboards and kayaks on site were an amazing this to have. View was breathtaking the whole time and the area around made sure we had relax time but also things to do! It would be good for a kid or 2 as well as they have a water trampiline to use too. But it was romantic and the kitchen set up made it so we cook! Would stay here again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay. It was so nice to swim and kayak on the beautiful lake with an amazing view of Mt Rainier. This home has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing get away. Only 5 minutes to Kelly Farm event center.

Lakeside relaxation

Loved staying on the lake.

Perfect for us. It is a basement apartment so you need to go in knowing there are people above you. But it was beautiful with lake view. Enjoyed our stay!

Well Appointed, Cute and Cozy!

Stayed overnight for my Mother’s Day. The apartment was clean, so cute and very quiet! The sunset and sunrise were beautiful, the decor was cute and I felt right at home . Highly recommend a visit! One of the better vacation homes I’ve stayed at!

The location of this property is in a beautiful area of Lake Tapps. The apartment was very clean and updated. The communication with the owner was easy and made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful location

We came to Bonney Lake for my father-in-laws 70th birthday. We loved the location and the space. We only had one hiccup but the host answered right away and we got everything squared away in minutes. We loved sitting in the hottub and watched the lights on the lake. We also went down to the lake when the family came for dinner and the kids had a blast. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the host.

The Lake House was a beautiful property with excellent views of Lake Tapps.It was very clean & tidy & had blankets & pillows to snuggle & the hot tub overlooks the lake.The only issues that we had were that it was difficult to figure out the hot tub & never figured out the outdoor gas fire pit(not sure if the tank was empty?) & there was no firewood for the indoor fireplace.It would be helpful if there was a binder with instructions for things on the property & if website indicated that you need for you to bring your own wood.No stove, but a toaster oven & microwave.A simple tabletop hot plate could remedy this issue(which we brought our own). hese are simple fixes & did not distract from the beauty or the privacy of the property. Only real issues were that there was no dryer for all the wet towels from the showers & use of the hot tub, & just two of us used most of the towels only using the hot tub once & we traveled in the winter.I imagine a summer visit would require more towels or need of at least a clothes dryer.The dock in the photos belongs to the neighbor, so was not able to fish, as we had hoped, but there is a gravel beach that would be great for access to swimming in the summer.Our only real complaint was how loud the people above us were.We encountered constant pounding from the ceiling while we were searching for a quiet get-a-way.The sounds were only during the daytime hours,but were very distracting.Signage was difficult, but would love to return in summer.
