Take it easy at this tranquil getaway on a quiet dead end street situated in the quaint lakeside neighborhood of Allen Cove in Luna Pier, MI. Beautiful lake Erie views inside & out. Enjoy a BBQ or just relax on the deck with a drink and watch for the local wildlife.

Restored 100 year old Log home all logs inside and out. In a quiet lakeside neighborhood. Beautiful large deck right on Lake Erie.

Watch for Bald Eagles, Herron and a variety of ducks and other birds and wildlife. Go to town in Luna Pier to enjoy several restaurants, bars and the public swimming beach and fishing pier.

A wonderful log cabin built right on the lake. A great stay for any history buffs as the house has with a history of the building and Luna Pier has a fun history dating back to Prohibition. The house is also around a 20 minute walk to the beach if you're up for it and the beach has parking. A nice, quiet spot with fun activities within short distances and perfect for a romantic getaway.

The host was great, the property was Great, so much history in these walls. A must see property. Upon arrival they left us a goodie package. beyond 5 star stay... great fishing and many laughs around the fire. Host had split wood on site and it was so very thoughtful.Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property!

They were wonderful guests! I wish we had all guests just like them. They’re always welcome to come back. There was some confusion with dates and billing and details, but we took care of it together and I even spoke to them on the phone and I’m glad we were able to work everything out and everybody’s happy. My husband and I came to Luna Pier for a long weekend getaway and do a little fishing. We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It has lots of character and charm. The hosts were wonderful and so helpful and accommodating. There were lots of extras that we did not expect but greatly enjoyed and appreciated. The views were spectacular. We definitely recommend a stay here and will definitely come back.

Perfect little getaway

The cabin was nice and cozy, with the perfect indoor and outdoor spaces for our girls' getaway. Our trip ended up falling on one of the hottest days of summer and the window units did an amazing job of keeping the indoor space comfortable.

Great stay at the lake

Had a great stay in Luna Pier. It provided an excellent space for us to have our 3-year-old son's birthday party with our family. And enjoy the views of the lake. The openness and space downstairs gave us a great spot to hang out during some of the afternoon. Thunderstorms. And the large deck outside by the lake gave us an excellent spot to sing Happy Birthday and open presents.

Beautiful, safe, and cozy cabin.

Mike was very accommodating and responsive. This place was amazing for a weekend stay. Amazing views right out the back door. Very nice, quiet and safe place to stay! The neighbors are very close but everyone kept to themselves. I will absolutely be staying here again.

Weekend of fishing

Was a great location and very clean! Beds were comfy. Neighbors were not welcoming but didn’t bother us either. Loved sitting on the deck overlooking the lake! Parking would be a little challenging if you have bigger vehicles.

Don, Thank you for staying. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay.! Yes the neighborhood is quiet and typically the neighbors won’t bother you. We had one neighbor down the street that was feuding with his neighbor who happens to offer another vacation rental but it really has no impact on us or our guests. Vacation Rentals are total fine with the city and our (your ) next door neighbors. 😀 Thank you again for staying , Mike

Rustic Cabin

Authentic 100yr old rustic cabin. Cozy 2 upper bedrooms. Fireplace main room, sun room and Stunner lakeview. Amazing sunrise vista. Very helpful & accessible manager Family wants to return.

Location and Luna Pier are excellent

Had aa great weekend. As long as you understand that this is an older dwelling you won't be disappointed.. The deck is about 8 foot of the water so bring a long net if plan on fishing (we caught some really nice catfish and white bass). Luna Pier beach was great, there is a little take out about a block away that we ordered from and ate on the beach. Erie Pizza is about a 10 minute drive and Ganders has a great menu also. We plan on doing it all again

Perfect location

The location is right on the lake, very beautiful views. The house is spacious and historical. I was disappointed that there wasn’t any central air, but that was my fault for not checking and the house did have a couple of window units which work very well! There was some dust issues but overall the house was clean. The host was extremely responsive and nice. He even provides a bottle of wine and lots of candy! My kids aged 2, 2, and 3 were safe and had lots of fun.
