Everything about our stay was great. Bruno was very helpful; the home is beautiful and enjoyed by all of us. We hope to visit this home again.

Nice House

The house looks exactly like pictures it was nice and clean. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend staying here again.

Perfect for our family of 21 including 12 grandchildren ages 2-16! The pool, game room and theatre screen were well used. Close enough to anything we wanted to do including Cocoa beach and Kennedy space Center. We appreciated the clubhouse and the features there as well. The owner was very accommodating and answered inquiries promptly. There was a shortage of forks and a couple items in the game room were damaged.

Amazing house!

The house was so fun with a wonderful view! The community pool was perfect, there is a smaller pool closer to the house then the one seen in the pictures. We would stay there again for sure!

Vacation/ retirement gathering

My family and i enjoyed our stay no one wanted to leave on check-out day. The kids enjoyed the pool & the game daily and the lazy river. I would recommend staying there again The Smith's

Jjs 16th birthday Vacation

Great rental. Had a few issues that were fixed right away and had a lovely time. House had plenty of space and entertainment for everyone. Definitely would book this house again.

Beautiful Home!

The house is beautiful, we enjoyed the decorations and the open theme in the living room. Minutes away from Disney. Property and Host were available for 24/7 assistance.

Beautiful home, plenty of space for all. I loved having the large open space kitchen to cook for a large group and still socialize. Comfortable, firm beds; great water pressure for showers/bath. Enjoyed the pool area immensely. Definitely need a car for the area. Would stay again.

Super great stay with children!

House was great! Family room for adults, family room for the kids, amazing game room that the kids lived in when we were in the house, plus the private pool! Bedrooms were amazing for adults and totally “Disney” for the kids! The club was amazing too and we spent full days there in the lazy River! We had a few questions and Bruno responded to all! Close to Publix as with 22 of us, it was a regular run! Thanks Bruno, it was great!

Friends golf trip

House was great, clean, host was great . No fault of owners but line to get in gate and by security was ridiculously long every day. But overall the house was absolutely amazing.

Lovely and spacious home

I rented this home for a family vacation, and we loved the home. It was clean, spacious, and well-decorated. The amenities were also very nice to have in the neighborhood. This house is very close to major stores like Target, Walmart, Publix, etc. The game room is also among the best I've seen in the various rental homes I've been to, and provided many hours of entertainment for my family.

Amazing house and awesome family vacation

We had an amazing family vacation. The house was beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures. The house was clean. I really like the decor. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. My family and I had an awesome fellowship. The kids were in the pool everyday and the adults hung out in the hot tub. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Family Trip

Very nice home. Property management very easy to work with. Had a couple questions- she came right over and worked on them. Beds a little hard. No wash cloths. Pool/hot tub was wonderful. Restaurants and shopping close by.

OWEN FAMILY VACATION

The property and location were super. Surrounding area had everything we needed. Proximity to Disney was great. The house was fabulous with plenty of room for our 10 kids. The kids loved the pool, game room and of course, their rooms. This gave us the opportunity to give our kids and our foster kids a vacation they will remember. We will definitely reconnect with Bruno for returning next year. Thank you!!!

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing due to the poor cleanliness, maintenance, and lack of attention to detail.The house is clearly not being properly cared for. The AC in the first downstairs bedroom did not work, the foosball table was broken, some lighting fixtures were exposed, several upstairs rooms were extremely poorly lit, and one upstairs bathroom door was broken and would not close.Cleanliness was the biggest issue: sticky, dirty floors, a filthy pool area, a dead frog in the pool, dirt around the washing machine, and stained towels.The kitchen was also poorly equipped. There were fewer forks than the house’s sleeping capacity, the pans were in terrible condition, and basic supplies such as salt and sugar were not provided. Even garbage bags were very limited.To make matters worse, the address/link shown on VRBO was incorrect. We had groceries delivered in advance to that address, and only shortly before arrival were we sent a different one, after the order had already been dispatched.Most of these problems are inexpensive and easy to fix, which makes the lack of care even more disappointing. Overall, the standard of maintenance, cleanliness, and guest experience was very poor. I would not recommend this property.

Our stay was good. The house was clean and spacious- very much accurate to the photos. There rooms downstairs are next to the game room, so that’s worth noting. The house is located deep in a housing complex, so just getting out of that is a 5 min drive, but the location is convenient to a lot of things- Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, Disney. Also to note, the house comes with NO extras. No salt and pepper, no oil, no “extras” left by previous guests. There was 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There was also only 1 hand towel in each bathroom (washcloths and additional hand towels were dropped off after requested). There was even no hangers- also dropped off after requested. The biggest struggle was communication with the host. Initially it was fine, not great, and items were dropped off, but then when we had issues and questions on the pool heat (would not recommend) we got no response for days. All in a decent house with lots of space, but nothing spectacular and definitely not luxury accommodations

Large father’s and son’s trip

House was amazing for our large group!! Can light in kitchen was hanging from ceiling and bbq grill was so covered with grease it was a fireball upon starting it and unused. Communication with the host was terrible, I had to contact VRBO for them to contact him directly to get a reply in regards to getting the pool heated. In the end, pool was heated and house was awesome. Customer service from the host could’ve been much better in my opinion. Still 5 stars except for the communication part!
