The house is a mile from some of the best dining options in the state. The backyard outdoor space is exceptional, with rocking chairs, a fountain, herb garden space and bird feeders that attract humming birds and all their friends.

Lounge on soft couches by the TV or rest in soft, top of the line bed linens. Plenty of parking, two-car garage and amenities like bike racks and an air compressor.

Great Birthday Trip

Came to Bentonville for my wife’s birthday and had a great time enjoying the area! This house was just perfect for a short getaway. Clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We rode the trails that are only a five minute warmup away. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. This was the best VRBO visit we’ve had.

Coler Bike Neighborhood

We headed down to Bentonville from Grand Rapids Michigan for a week of biking. We loved this place and its proximity to Coler bike trails. It was only a 6-8 minute ride to Slaughter Pen. Quiet neighborhood and a really nice outdoor space made it perfect for our stay. Also the garage was well set up for our bikes which we appreciate.

Great location

The house was wonderful. It was right in the middle of two different trail systems. Is a huge plus being able to soak in the hot tub after a long day of riding.

Girls Weekend

Gina and Tom were very helpful the entire way and answered all my questions. We were able to get into the property early and that was very nice. The property was exactly as pictured and the house was very clean.

Great location to enjoy mountain biking.

We loved the location of this property, the house was clean and the communication from Tom and Gina was top notch. They were very responsive, and provided useful information that helped us have a better experience. The house is clean and well stocked, the bike stands in the house make it convenient to store the bike and charge them up for the next day.

The Well Spoke Inn exceeded our expectations and the owners were wonderful to work with. Very attentive to any questions we had and responded quickly. The house was very well maintained. Definitely will stay again

Great house close to killer mt bike trails!

The house was great and close to the Coler bike trails. House was clean, well stocked and the hot tub felt great after long rides on the killer mt bike trails in Bentonville - we'll be back for sure!

Wonderful family-friendly property!

What a wonderful property! Excellent communication, great amenities, perfect for families. We had the absolute best weekend in Bentonville (despite the rain) and loved the house! It was even better than I expected (which rarely happens). Thanks for the memories!

Biker’s Paradise

Nice property with extra amenities…hot tub, grills, fire pit, and bike stands in the garage. Also very nice to have an air compressor in garage for bike tire needs. Location was ideal for trailheads and downtown activities.

First Bentonville Trip

Lovely place

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed at between all the vacation rental sites! Everything was well thought out and perfect. The communication was phenomenal. Gina and Tom were also very accommodating and allowed us check in early and leave slightly later.
