Explore Bentonville from our remodeled home featuring a seasonal pool. Located in a serene area, close to Osage Park, Thaden Fieldhouse, downtown shops, eateries, and entertainment. Offers convenient access to trails and the Crystal Bridges Museum, ideal for both relaxation and local adventures.

Our updated residence in a quiet neighborhood promises a delightful retreat near downtown and Walmart's Home Office. It includes a welcoming living room with a smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining space for six, and an outdoor area with a hot tub and a private pool open May to October suitable for sunbathing and outdoor meals. Sleep comfortably in one of three bedrooms; the main suite has a queen bed and private bath, while two additional rooms offer cozy sleeping arrangements and a shared bathroom. Enjoy the entire house, including a garage for secure bike storage. Note: The pool is open seasonally, and availability may vary. Confirm pool access before booking if crucial to your stay.

You can’t beat this place!

Clean, Updated, Roomy, Comfy Bed and Couches, Great Location, Ping Pong in garage was a blast. Hot Tub was clean and updated. A few blocks from Greenway Trail that gave us the ability to ride to Bentonville on bikes to access all of Slaughter Pen and Coler Mountain bike trails. Check in was Easy and convient. Nice Television with surround sound. Good size driveway. Loaded with supplies and everything you need, just bring a toothbrush but they even had a new one under the sink. Coffee and Creamer was ready to go. Big pool but was shut down for the winter. Not a single complaint! We will definitely be back again! Awesome job Julio!

Modern & Classy

Looking to stay in the Bentonville, AR area? Are you comparing this property with another? Look no further and book this property before it’s taken! This freshly updated and modern 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home is extremely clean and has everything you need. Its smaller size presents a warm and cozy family feel but large enough to not be on top of each other. I was able to watch a football (my team won which positively enhanced the property rental experience) in one room, one of my teens read their mystery novel in a separate room, while another teen of mine relaxed in the hot tub with a couple friends. Communication with the owner was easy and they responded in a timely. Check in and check out was simple. I greatly appreciated the ease and simplicity of staying at this home. Oh, and this property is less than 10 minutes away from everything; Downtown Bentonville, grocery stores, fine dining, and movie theatres. I don’t know what else you are looking for but odds sre, this home has it. Just click the “Book” button and see for yourself!

Awesome long weekend stay

We were in town for the Big Sugar gravel race and this property was perfect for the 3 of us. Close to several places to eat and a short ride to downtown. Definitely planning on being back. Thanks!

Perfect girls trip

This property is a must! We had a wonderful stay and Julio was prompt when I had a question. 10 out of 10 recommended! Pool and Hot tub were perfect!

Perfect Getaway!!

This place was just what we were looking for in a weekend in Bentonville! The house is so updated and cute, in a great location and the pool is fabulous in the hot summer months! Host was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful home just a few miles from downtown

We loved our stay at this property. The house was very clean and tidy. The pool was fantastic and the kids loved it. We would highly recommend staying here!

Nice little get away

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house has been remodeled and looks great… the backyard was so relaxing with the pool, hot tub, and lounge chairs. Overall a great property to visit. Our host was very responsive each time we had a question. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Mountain Bike Trip

This house was a great stay. The pool was amazing, the layout and location of the house was great. The house was Very clean. It was fun to be able to grill out and play in the pool after a day of mountain biking.

Peaceful Bentonville Get Away

This property was a wonderful place for our family get away. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is a short walk to a park with walking trails and fishing and quick drives to all the fun Bentonville has to offer. The hot tub and ping pong table are fun while hanging out at the house. We visited in the early spring before the pool was open, but it looks lovely.
