Flamingo Breeze is a new home located 5 minutes from the beach on Pensacola/Perdido Key. This newly constructed home features an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, screened patio and fenced yard.

All furnishing is new and the home is equipped with everything your family needs to relax after a long day at the beach. Bedroom #1 features a King bed and TV. Bedroom #2 features a queen bed and TV while bedroom #3 features twin beds. The great room features a recliner and couch.
The space
This brand new home is centrally located near beaches, parks, shopping areas, restaurants, golf courses, boat launches, playgrounds and tennis courts.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property including a fenced back yard, screened patio and parking in the driveway.
Other things to note
Small dogs are allowed with approval before booking. 50 fee per dog

What a great little house! It was super clean and perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood wasn't exactly what we imagined, but we felt safe and it was super close to everything so it was still great. It was our first time stsying in the Perdido Key area and we absolutely loved it!! It was so laid back, the beaches were great and there were lots of great restaurants. The only negative I could say is the kitchen could use a few more convenience items, like some serving bowls and some Tupperware containers, but otherwise it was stocked nicely.

Stayed here while visiting daughter at NAS. Beautiful and very clean home (which is #1 consideration for me) with everything you need. Good central location to drive to beaches and other attractions in Pensacola and Orange beach, with Perdido key beaches even closer (more family oriented). Location of house is quiet as well, with nicely manicured and fenced in yard.

The house was in a perfect location, with everything just minutes away. We had a small issue with the sprinklers not shutting off, but the owner responded quickly and had someone come out right away to fix it. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay there again.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay, property manager is awesome, location is great near beaches, food, and night life. Yes it is pet friendly! And in a great Neighbourhood and close to everything I gave a 10 all the way around.

The home was a perfect place only 5 miles from the beach! Peaceful neighborhood with a 10 minute drive to the NAS museum! Excellent seafood and Joe Patties is awesome for buying fresh seafood! We will be back!

This was a nice getaway and Flamingo House checked all the boxes for cleanliness, comfort, safety and a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Perdido Key and Big Lagoon State Park drew us to this option and we were not disappointed in any way. The host gave great instructions for checking in and out. Would stay again if opportunity presents.

Yes we made good use of washer & Dryer, plus kitchen. Very pleased with everything, it was only 1.5 miles to our granddaughters house and another couple miles to the Air Base. Really great seafood places very close so it was a perfect location for us. Thanks so much for making this VRBO location available.

We really enjoyed this place. The kitchen is plenty roomy. The bedrooms are roomy, clean and so were the restrooms. Loved the shower. Water pressure is great. There’s a fenced in backyard. This house is close to everything. Great location as well. We’ll definitely come back.

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at the Flamingo House! It is perfect for my husband and me along with our two small dogs. It is very clean, has a great fenced in backyard for our furry family members, close to the beach and LOTS of great restaurants. Hoping we can make it theee in a row next year!

Spring Break 2025

We had our 5 year old granddaughter on Spring Break and enjoyed the beaches very much. We really liked Big Lagoon State Park and it was fun watching the Blue Angels fly.

Perfect Place and Location

We loved staying at this lovely home. It is located close to Perdido Key which is our favorie area in Florida. The host was wonderful. We defiently would rent the house again.

Thank you so much for hosting us. The house was perfect and very beautiful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable and well set up, and we had a great time.I just wanted to mention two small things for your awareness:•The bathtub didn’t seem to drain water very quickly, possibly due to a hair clog.•Dishwashing pods were missing.Other than these minor items, everything was excellent. Thank you again for your hospitality we really enjoyed the home.
