Thank you for taking time to provide us with feedback. We definitely understand how less than ideal fishing conditions can be frustrating, especially when that's the purpose of your trip. Unfortunately we have no control over changing conditions due to low tide. We deeply apologize for the issue with the heater. Once we realized the initial company had misdiagnosed the problem, we dispatched the second contractor in order to fix the issue as soon as possible. It was our goal to get everything working quickly so that you can enjoy your time on the coast. It's our goal to provide all of our guests a five star stay, and since we were not able to do so for you, please contact our office so that we can provide a discounted stay for your next Rockport Fishing Getaway.

We are happy you liked to property and the parking for it. However, I have relayed the toilet leaking at the bottom to our maintenance department.
