Updated and clean townhome in an ideal location- perfect for a visit to Penn State and only a 10 minute drive to campus and Beaver Stadium. We are right next door to the award winning Mountain View Golf Course, with Tussey Mountain Ski Area just around the corner. Historic Boalsburg is a half mile away with several options for dining. A lovely nature walk winds through the neighborhood to an adjoining open space and playground. We offer accommodations for 8, in a comfortable 3 bedroom space, with an additional Queen bed in the lower level. The perfect spot to stay for whatever you plan to do in the Centre County region!

Great home for Penn State visits!

We had another great stay at this property! We love the proximity to see our daughter at Penn State! Plenty of room and the host is fabulous!

Great stay!

The townhome was just as described! Great location close to Penn State for moving our daughter into school! Plenty of room, clean, excellent communication! We have already booked another stay!!

Spacious and Conveniently Located

I recently visited for a golf trip to the State College area. This property is conveniently located close to everything we played and was roughly 1 minute to the Mountain View Clubhouse. The property is also close to Happy Valley Brewing, which is always a must stop for our group. Ownership was very responsive to questions and the property easily accommodated four adults. The basement is very spacious and the master suite is also very spacious. I’m sure you’ll enjoy your stay just as much as I did.

Excellent Property

My friends and I really enjoyed the location, space and amenities in the property. Very easy access to town and the BJC whether driving or Uber. Highly recommend!

Immaculately Maintained!

This townhouse is clearly cared for by the owners. Top notch in every way. Clean to the point of sanitized, I could not have been more pleased (that's top of my list). The linens are new, soft and hotel quality. The basement is a great size for the kids to hang out but also makes a great 2nd master (sans the ensuite) The kitchen has everything you would need to feed a large group- even a second set of silverware. When I see a listing for 3 bedrooms I think its on the smaller side. But this home feels large, it is very well planned. We were up for a ski race at Tussey and it could not have been closer. 30 seconds or less to the main road, left turn, drive 1000 feet and take the right that leads to Tussey. I rate this home in the top places I have stayed in this price range. Stop your search, this is the place!

Parents weekend

We had a wonderful time! The house had everything we needed! All the comforts of home! We loved all the PSU decorations and the open aspect of the kitchen/ family room!! Heidi was super responsive!! We'll definitely be back!

What a great place!

Michael and Heidi were wonderful hosts! Their place had plenty of room and had everything we needed. They were extremely responsive to questions and we will definitely look to book with them again for the next trip!

Sports Camp "Vacation"

My wife and I stayed here while our son attended a sports camp at PSU. There was an issue with the air conditioner and Heidi had it fixed in no time. Great property. Would definitely book again!

perfect place couple miles from downtown, super clean and die hard PSU fans!!! highly recommend! Heidi was very helpful and available headed into stay - didn't need anything while we there at all - perfect stay!
