The house was completely renovated and beautiful. Every room was very clean and completely stocked with everything we could need. From towels to coffee we only needed to bring food. We loved staying here and would recommend this location to everyone!

We had an amazing stay! The house was fully stocked with anything you would need, plenty of towels/extra linens and all the things you’d need in the kitchen. Very clean home and very responsive and helpful host! We would totally stay here again!

Lovely stay
The house was so clean and equipped with everything we needed. Close and easy drive to the university and Beaver Stadium. We would definitely stay here again!

Another wonderful stay!

Great house close to campus
Very well stocked home - lots of towels, kitchen items including paper towels, dishsoap, etc. Would totally stay again!

A great place to stay

This property is one I highly recommend. Garrett is an excellent and welcoming host and provides an exceptionally clean home. The house and grounds are well-maintained. I’m a picky person and I was amazed at the condition of the property. This home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and has all you need for your stay. There’s plenty of on-site parking too. If our travels lead us back to State College, we will definitely be staying here again.

Weekend in State College
Love the house - very well thought out- new and clean, as the pictures show. Everything you need is there and location is very convenient. Comfy beds and lots of supplies at the house.
