Communication was excellent! This cabin is exactly what we were looking for. Clean, cozy, and the river behind the house was a hit for our kids! We will definitely be back

The location was great. We were outside of the congestion of downtown Breckenridge, but close enough for easy access to everything. The house was very clean and had the amenities that we needed. The layout of the house was convenient and the appliances were great. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The only negative was that access to the back deck was awkward because of floor length horizontal blinds on the sliding glass doors.

We enjoyed our stay for two weeks. The house was fine but it could definitely use some updates. The carpets were heavily worn and stained. The pots and pans, mattresses, bedspreads, and TVs were old and worn. And the water pressure was very low. We’ll pick different place next year.

Need to update the listing. There is no grill available, but this listing said there was. That was mildly frustrating as I had a meal planned around using it… mildly frustrating might be an understatement, but by the time I found out about that, it was too late.

Absolutely Amazing Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Blue River right out your backdoor. South Park over the pass. Breckenridge down the hill. What is not to like? For a family of three adults and three kids, the house had everything we could ask for.

This was the perfect cozy cabin in a really great location. Only took us about 5 minutes to drive into Main Street in Breckenridge. The fireplace was our favorite part and we loved using the family board games! Will absolutely book here again. No issues with arrival or departure, host was great. Only suggestion I can leave is maybe a fan and humidifier for every room- the cabin air does get really dry.

Mountain stay

Our family of 4 fit perfectly in this cabin, the creek access was perfect for my two boys to do some fishing and the deck was great for watching them make memories. In the evenings we even had two fox visit us right up on the deck while we were inside!

Great property right on the river in a quiet area with easy access to breck. House was comfortable and clean. Host communication was excellent. Only bummer was not being able to use the fire pit out back due to “hoa rules” but everything else was perfect.
