Fantastic property! It was SO cozy and comfortable. Location was great as it was a quick and easy drive to Breckenridge. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great vacation home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Spring Haven property. The Home was clean, well stocked, comfortable. It is a nice place to relax and enjoy family time.

Wonderful house. The location was just far enough from downtown Breckenridge to get enjoy nature. The house was well equipped with cooking utensils and the bathrooms were well stocked with supplies. Lots of mountain themed antiques with the beautiful decor. The beds and linens were very comfortable the couches were our only disappointment. They were sear spring and very hard on our older bones. We had one sink that was clogged. Small things that made us post 4 stars instead of 5.

Communication was great, prompt and detailed. We really enjoyed the space, it had everything we needed and made it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation.

House was beautiful and in a good location. Floor heating was a plus. We struggled with hot water issues throughout the duration, but the management company worked with us to try to remediate the issue.

Beautiful spacious mountain getaway

This place was lovely, clean and spacious for multiple families. Easy to get into Breckenridge and secluded enough to feel quite and enjoy the mountains.

Well laid out house in a great location

Very easy process to check in and out, very responsive Managment company. A lovely warm house to stay in for a winter ski trip

Great Property!

Had a great time over there during Christmas. Quite close to the Breckenridge city center (about 10 minutes), and was great being able to have that extra room. They were great with us bringing our mini Aussie, and he loved his time there too!

The place was very nice! 3 small things for the hosts information. The water pressure in the showers was very low. The pots and silverware and utensils were all dirty and needed to be washed before use. And the dog bed that is left looks like it may have been soiled by a dog and could used to be washed! Small things, but the house was very nice and we would love to come back!

Great property

Located 5-6 miles from Breckenridge in a wooded community. Easy commute and nice to get away from crowds in Breckenridge. Property was as advertised and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook.

Warm and cozy

Spacious house just minutes away from Breckenridge, CO. Warm and cozy place to stay and relax. The snow made it all seem so unreal.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent house in a great location just outside of Breckenridge. Beautiful timber beam construction with 3 levels. Very clean/well maintained. Master bath shower water pressure very low and hard to control water temperature. TV required a subscription to Peacock in order to watch live broadcasts which was very frustrating as could not watch Super Bowl nor Olympics.
