Welcome to our beach front vacation home at Ocean Blue in Myrtle Beach, SC. This million dollar condo unit is decorated with all the residential features that you would find in your own home, at a rentable reasonable price. The condo is located on the 8th floor ,center unit, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a spectacular view.

This condo holds up to 10 people comfortably, perfect for a family vacation or an executive golfer trip with friends. We have 4 dedicated bedrooms with 5 deluxe beds. All bedrooms have Sony-HD flat panel LCD TVs with cable. An entertainment center is located in the living room with a Sony-HD 52' TV with blue-ray player, Apple TV and home theater, just in case you want to see a sports game or movie in style. Dedicated land line is available at no cost for our guest inside the unit, for all local calls. High-speed wireless internet access is available from anywhere in the unit or site at no cost, for those business executives or family.

You can checkin to the unit as early as 4:00pm on the day of your arrival and the check out time is 10:00am on the day of your departure.

A few activities you can do at the resort is go visit our private outdoor and indoor pools with a lazy river, Jacuzzi, exercise room. Easy and quick access to the beach for a quick swim in the ocean or simply take a stroll and visit the nearby ocean piers. As well as ocean sports, such as jet skies, parasailing, banana boat and others, all at walking distance.

This condo building is very secure with coded access into the building and unit so you will never lose keys. Building is very clean and well maintained facility. You will have a designated parking spot on the upper garage level (3rd Floor) for your own/rented vehicle as well as a visitor spot for that extra vehicle. You are only allowed to have 2 vehicles parked in the Ocean Blue Garage. Please note that no motorcycles, trailers or RVs are allowed. For additional parking there is a garage next door that charges per day per vehicle at an extra price.

Amazing stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was nicer than expected, which is a nice surprise. Location was great, beach was amazing, and we loved the pool in hot tub.

Rough Week

The property was under renovations. Both indoor pools closed. No TV! Owner didn’t pay his cable bill I guess. Contacted owner and asked me if I figured the TV’s out yet? Took a few days to get that response. Finally on Wednesday he says he will send someone out and obviously no one came.

It was nice. The information about smoking on the balcony was not consistent accross all the rules that were provided. So we didn't smoke out there but you may want to clarify better if guest are allowed to or not.

Forget your Bad shots !!!

No matter what happened on the Golf course all week, I instantly forgot about it when I returned to Ocean Blue. . . the only negative was that parking spaces were a bit narrow.

Great property

We have stayed here several years in a row. Place is always clean and close to everything we need. Owner is very responsive if there is ever any problems or concerns. Would highly recommend.

Anniversary/Reunion

The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony was stunning! Really appreciated the hand soap in each bathroom, the dish soap, trash bags and dishwasher soap being included in the rental. We will stay here again for our next trip!

Enjoyable Stay

The location of this property is south of the boardwalk and promenade, but close to Broadway at the Beach and Market Common, two really neat shopping/restaurant areas. The unit was comfortable and spacious, although the furniture was relatively imposing for the space. Our patio was large, which accommodated all 6 of us comfortably. We were up close and personal with the beach, which was wonderful to enjoy from our patio! The pools were nice, and the lazy River was indeed lazy. The hot tub was not working properly, so most of the time it couldn’t be used. All in all, we enjoyed our 10 day stay at this property.

4 bedrooms AND 4 bathrooms

This is the 3rd time staying in this condo. We come here to relax and spend time at the beach. The condo is very comfortable with all the amenities. The building is quiet and well maintained. The kitchen is adequately stocked with dinnerware, silverware, glasses and cookware. The entry code did not work but 1 quick call to the property manager remedied this. We had no complaints and hope to stay there again in the future.

Dishonest Property owner

The property was fine for the exception of hair in the master bedroom shower stall and a shortage of towels. We had to wash daily; however, these are small issues. Shortly after we left, the owner reached out to us and stated that we left the unit a mess. And, and there was property damage. I asked the owner for pictures, and we never received any photos of the mess or damage. I can assure you my family left this unit, almost if not better, than we found it. I have this feeling that the homeowner is taking advantage of the system for extra money.

Great place to stay !

My family stayed here for a week, it was perfect! We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen is stocked with all the things you need , just bought groceries and cooked our meals . Clean , pools are great ! Easy access to beach. Easy access to attractions and things to do in Myrtle Beach, would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

Very nice condo

Large beautiful oceanfront condo with a great location. My family and I would recommend this condo to others. The owner was very responsive as we were experiencing hurricane Fiona during our stay. Power was lost three times during the storm. Because of the impact of the storm the owner refunded a portion of our stay. I recognize that the owner did not have to do this therefore my family and I greatly appreciated the kindness of the owner.

Property and unit was great

inside our unit needed some detail cleaning: The balcony was very dirty and had to sweep it before putting our stuff out there, the stove drawer was dirty and I had to dump crumbs our of the silverware holder. The trash door key was missing so Glen brought us a new one. Had a note on our door from management that trash is to be put down the chute and not in front of the door so finally found a wooden thing that the key was to be on and it was missing so called and got a new key.

Family Vacation

The condo was very spacious and worked well for all our family members. We couldn't have been closer to the ocean, the view and the sound were great. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and lazy river were greatly enjoyed by all, usually after spending time in the ocean.

Not as expected

The ocean view is great but this condo needs TLC. When you pay this amount of money for a week and it’s listed as a “million dollar condo unit” you expect it to be that. To start off the 2nd king bedroom had trash in the garbage can and dirty linens in the laundry bin. When you see that now you are thinking was this place even cleaned. Over head light did not work faucet in that bathroom and toilet seat were loose. (These are all things that should be noticed while cleaning of the property) The kitchen CLEARLY needs updating. We had to go and purchase a coffee pot because the 2 they had there were disgusting. There is hardly any cookware (pots/pans) and only half of the toaster worked. Bed linens and towels were dingy and bleach stained. Small things like this being replaced or upgraded when needed goes a long way. Guests staying on the floor above us smoked marijuana and blasted music all week long on the balcony so sitting on the balcony was not very pleasant. We reached out to the building maintenance/management and they said there’s not much they can do other than knock on the door and they also said if we called myrtle beach police we won’t get very far either. Building maintenance was more concerned about constantly harassing guests at the pool to show the bracelet passes in a rude unprofessional way. Lastly parking is ridiculous to say the least. If you are driving a vehicle larger than a mid size sedan the visitor spots are very tight and when other vehicles are parked on or over the lines you can’t park next to them. (Building maintenance didn’t seem to care about that either) Also this listing advertises a exercise room but that is ONLY for owners not guests so that should be removed from the description

Family Vacation

Beautiful 4 bedroom Condo right on the beach. Very clean, had everything we needed. Very large balcony! Owner was very responsive and I would highly recommend renting!

Wonderful, large vacation rental

The rental experience was easy. We always had good communication with the host. Parking was close. The unit was as shown in the pictures. Beautiful oceanfront views and great beach access.

Couple years ago we came to play golf in Myrtle Beach and another person recommend this property for our corporate gulf trip. It was a perfect location, 10 minutes away from the airport and the beach is just a couple of steps away from the building. Not to mention the amazing condo unit, everything was top of the line perfect for my business guest. After a great round of golf the group went to the condo, relaxed on the ocean or some went to the hot tub / pool. It had everything we needed plus it was secure.

The best part of this condo unit is that it can be used for business or simply come down and have a great week with the family. The ocean is right there and the sunsets are magnificent from the balcony on the 8th Floor. The airport is less than 10 minutes away, so you don't have to worry about those long 30 minutes expensive taxi rides. Just over all its a great place to relax and enjoy Myrtle Beach.
