The place worked out great for our golf trip! We had six guys, so we all had our own bedrooms. Linens and bathrooms were clean. Lots of seating with two big sectionals in the main family room. There was also two fridges which helped a lot. We would definitely stay there again!

Condo was excellent. Pool was Good, all provided air filled flotation for lazy river were damaged, would recommend bring your own. Hot tubs were good temp but the air jets did Not work. Make sure you have towels in each bedroom. Overall would Recommended and would Book again for my next vacation.

It was big enough to house 3 families comfortably . There were 2 refrigerators, which helped cut the going out to eat costs. The beach was close enough to walk to. We had fun finding baby shark teeth-which seemed to be the obsession there.

The property is well located, about one block from the beach. It was well equipped with linens, kitchen and glassware. Furnishings included a number of beach chairs, toys, etc. I think many are items left by past guests, and may fluctuate over time, but definitely check the hall closet before going out to buy new. Same goes for condiments and other core kitchen supplies. AC worked very well. Beds were comfortable. Pool table was lots of fun in the evenings for casual players. Unit comes with 4 on-site parking passes.

The place is very spacious for large group of family. I liked that everything was pretty close in walking distance. The beach is just across the street. Pictures of place are good representation of what your getting. Owners are easy to communicate with if you need anything. I also liked the fact that the beds were kings/queens.

Overall we had a great experience with this booking! The house itself was very clean, and had plenty of space for medium to larger groups. We had 8 in our group and we all fit comfortably. The biggest plus however was the location. Super close to the beach, and everything from restaurants to the boardwalk to the amusement park is walkable. 10/10 would highly recommend for anyone thinking of booking here.

This was the perfect spot for 4 generations from 2 states! My grown kids had privacy and the littles had space to play. No complaints at all. One tip for future guests, most of the towels were in the first bedroom on the right. Love the two fridges, two balconies, pool, and of course the beach. There is plenty to do. Guests should also keep in mind there are many businesses closeby, so it's not a quiet retreat, but great if people want to walk to ice cream, pizza, liquor and vape shops, restaurants, etc. Thanks for a great stay!!

The location was great—very close to the beach—and the home had plenty of space. I really appreciated the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, especially for a larger group. We never felt like we were crammed together, and the spaciousness was definitely one of the best features of the property.That said, there were several areas that could use improvement. The cleanliness was average and did not feel like a professional cleaning had been done. We found hair in the sink and bathtub, and once the trash bags were removed, the trash cans themselves were quite dirty. The bedding was also very basic and could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, the home felt like it could use some extra attention and care to make the space feel more comfortable and inviting.The pool was another disappointment. It was not very attractive or inviting and did not appear particularly clean.Our biggest issue was the air conditioning. The A/C stopped working, and although it was eventually repaired, we were without proper air conditioning for two of our three nights. That made a significant portion of our stay uncomfortable, especially given the warm weather.There are definitely positives—the home is large, spacious, has plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, and the proximity to the beach is excellent. I would recommend it to someone whose main priorities are space and being close to the beach and who is less concerned about upgraded furnishings and meticulous cleaning.
