Beautiful Oceanfront Vacation

Comfortable, well appointed and great location. Cleaners might have done a bit better job as there was debris between furniture in living area and bedrooms needed a good dusting....especially the back room. Otherwise, a great facility.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Would definitely stay again. Hurricane Debby pit a damper on our plans but we still enjoyed the stay!

This was our 3rd time staying in this specific property for a reason. Overall great experience as always... immaculately clean, well equipped, great communication that makes everything streamlined. We love it here, and cant wait for next time!

Exceeds Expectations ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our family of 6 wanted to try a beach vacation this year and we could not have asked for more from Jim’s condo. Apparently North Myrtle Beach is just far enough from the more touristy Myrtle Beach (by about 20 mins) while still near tons of small town charm (HOTOs restaurant was awesome!). Also loved super entertaining Pirates Voyage dinner show and Alligator Adventure “zoo”/sanctuary. 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 double queens- tv in each room) and 3 baths was more spacious than our house. Full kitchen, living room (super comfy sectional recliners, large tv w/ Netflix and more available) and dining room (seating for 6 at table and 4 more at kitchen counter pub chairs) all looking out of the floor to ceiling windows to the OCEAN. It’s right there and stunning from the balcony. Large complex but super private setup so neighbors are barely noticeable. Elevators and parking garage (baggage carts available) made easy enough access to 8th floor unit to bring bags or groceries from car or get to pool/beach level. Jim’s storage unit has plenty of beach needs covered (umbrellas, chairs, toys, cooler). Grab a net and bucket and go to beach at night. The fish swim right to the shore where you can catch and release for tons of fun with the kids. So much exploring on the back day and night. Bring flashlights. Washer/dryer in unit was great and a necessary feature for mom of 4 girls. Two pools, 2 hot tubs and small but satisfying lazy river were all accessible with the beach access right over the steps from the pool area. All towels and linens provided except beach towels. We treated ourselves to some nice new Myrtle Beach towels from Bargain Beachwear. No hair dryer so pack one if needed. Jim was a great host and responded quickly with the few questions we had. This is a well run condo and super clean. We hope to stay again as this was an instant favorite for our family.

Awesome!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Check in was so easy. The owners had beach stuff in their storage unit that we were able to use! The view from the balcony was spectacular!

This is a great location to stay in and the property is amazingly clean, beautiful and secure with friendly staff and residents. Our agent Jim Rand and Janet were the best to work with and this was our 2nd time coming to this place and we will continue to come here in the future.

Absolutely wonderful!

The pictures of the condo and property doesn't do this place justice. It was absolutely beautiful! The view of the beach was lovely and I enjoyed being able to see it from the master bedroom as well. Me and my 2 teenagers along with 2 of my sister's and my nephew stayed here and we enjoyed our stay immensely! The condo is very spacious and we were not crowded at all. The pools and lazy river were heated and the Tiki Bar was a plus too :) The use of the owners storage locker consisting of beach chairs, umbrella's, toys, cooler, etc. was so nice! The location was great too! I will definitely be returning!

What a wonderful property!

Everything was EASY, everything was CLEAN, everything was UPDATED. We've stayed at the Mar Vista Grande before, but this was the first time in this specific condo. The entire experience was unbelievable, we hope to come back to this unit next year. Thank you

Heaven on earth

Our third trip to this condo, we love it and feel very safe and secure at Mar Vista. The condo is beautiful and has everything we need. We had a great week with the best hot tub and pools . We live staying here

Great property!

This unit was well maintained …..loved the layout , beds and living room furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked . Pools and beach access are awesome ! Tiki bar is a nice treat . Great place for extended family vacation - quiet and secure and not crowded the week after Labor Day !

Nice place.

It was a very nice place with a great view. Unfortunately we couldn't use one of the showers because of a leak which made it difficult with 8 women in the room. That being said I would book again once that is fixed.

Wonderful Stay

We have stayed at Mar Vista Grande for the past 5 years. We have rented from the same company except for this year. We did not have a great experience last year with the rental company and this year was no different. They notified us earlier this year that the property wasn't available and wanted to put in a different condo which was not direct oceanfront for the same money...of course we said no. So, I found this condo on VRBO. It was great. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was direct oceanfront. We were also able to get into the condo before check-in which was great! We had a great weather week and spent most of our days on the beach!

Great family time in North Myrtle

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exceptionally large and in a great location. We especially enjoyed the living room sectional and recliner. The pools were great and access to the beach was perfect. We rarely waited more than a few seconds for elevators and the condo was packed. The parking deck was also great. We would definitely stay there again!
