Nice place and Resort

The condo is a large in size and the resort had nice pools, and accommodations. The beach was beautiful! There are nice restaurants and shops just a few blocks away!

Excellent location to enjoy beach, pool, and travel to nearby spots. It was great having daily service to take trash and replace used towels. Family loved the stay and will definitely come back. I liked having an eastwardly facing unit so that we did not have direct late afternoon sun on deck. Condo was fine and we enjoyed our stay. However, the unit could use a deep clean and some TLC by owner. One pot wasn’t cleaned at all (gross) and silverware still had food remnants (cleaners likely put too much faith in dishwasher) which indicates missed check between guests and subsequent doubts in overall cleanliness. Also the washer machine had moldy residue, dishwasher isn’t very effective, 2nd bathroom handle was loose, and walls in general looked like they could use a cleaning which is beyond daily quick clean. In reality, it’s a rental and managed by company, but we we thought unit would be most clean and owner-cared for. Great stay overall and still recommend trying location out! Family had a great time!!

We’re sorry, however, for the cleanliness and maintenance issues you encountered. A pot and silverware with food remnants, moldy residue in the washer, and walls needing additional attention are certainly not the standard we want for our guests. We also appreciate you pointing out the dishwasher and loose bathroom handle. We’ll share these concerns with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for review and follow-up. Very Clean

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of our condo I have stayed in many in which I have to a lot of cleaning myself. Not this place very impressed. The property is beautiful and well maintained.
