Newly remodeled 3 bed 2 bath cabin nestled within the pines in Pinetop Country Club with hiking, golfing, fishing, horseback riding and more just minutes away! 32 miles from Sunrise Ski Mountain! Sleeps 6 comfortably!

**SUMMER 2025 UPDATE: Mini split AC units installed in each bedroom in October 2024!**

-2 King, 1 Queen, all new beds!

-2 car garage, private drive.

-Fully stocked new kitchen and grill! Coffee, tea, spices, etc available for guests. All cookware, bakeware, utensils, etc are new!

-Wood-burning fireplace. Duralogs will be provided. For safety reasons please only burn Duralogs in fireplace

-Secured front wrap around trex deck with seating and heater.

-Desk/workspace area with high speed wifi with (500+ mbps).

-Smart TVs and ceiling fan in every room with Hulu, Netflix and more!

-Pet-friendly with dog run! 2 large kennels under the master bed, dog bed in closet, dog bowls in kitchen island drawer. Please wipe down kennels if used before storing away and wash dog bed if used. *Please do not leave pets in the home unattended* *Aside from the dog run, the property is not fenced, please keep all pets on leash outside of the fenced areas*
*There is a $50 fee PER pet. Cats must be disclosed due to extra cleaning protocols. Any non-disclosed pets will incur a higher charge*

-In-garage full-size washer and dryer.

-Sit back and relax in the gorgeous living room with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, wet bar, leather reclining couches, and 70" 4k smart TV.

-Located in a quiet neighborhood

*There are stairs at each entrance of the home which may be difficult for those with mobility issues*

*The home does not have central AC, however, each bedroom does have a mini split AC unit and a ceiling fan! The common areas of the home stay very comfortable in the summer with the vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans*

*The home does have a ring doorbell that is not monitored while guests are staying. There is a trail cam on the property (not pointed at the house) to catch wildlife passing through*

Pet Owners: The front deck is NOT a dog run, please do not allow your pets to go to the bathroom on the deck. Use fenced dog run out the back door.

Love this cabin!

We enjoy so much our stay in this property, its was clean, beautiful, had all the services we needed, Abby was super helpful and caring, the location is perfect and we are looking forward to come back.

Post Holiday Weekend

My husband, adult aged daughter, and our 2 pups had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home! Everything was clean, organized, well laid out and there wasn't anything that the home didn't have for cooking, cleaning, yard, pups, etc. The beds and furniture was comfortable with plenty of space. The area/neighborhood is lovely - lots of options for walking, hiking and close to town; we cooked but also had some great meals at the Lion's Den (local tavern with live music), Darbi's Cafe (breakfast), and the Pinetop Brewing Company. Check-in, check-out was smooth & Abby was great at communicating prior to and throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and stay at this home again!

Better than expected!

We VRBO many times a year and I can honestly say that this cabin was stocked with everything!! Most times I bring my own cooking utensils, etc. because in the past I didn't even want to use the items supplied by the VRBO!! Not this place! I didn't use anything I brought because everything is new and CLEAN!! If we had to pick one thing that was not five star, it was the primary bathroom counter! It is very small and not much room to put anything on it to get ready (i.e. makeup bag, hair styling tools, etc.) Small complaint and really the only negative (which really isn't a big deal). We had the best time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Our Third Stay at a Great Cabin

We enjoyed our stay again. The cabin has a great floor plan, is well furnished, was very clean and is in a great location. The host is also very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Love sitting out on the deck in the evenings.

Wonderful Cabin

This was our second stay. It is a great cabin, very clean, nice floor plan and in a very private, quiet location in the PTCC area. The host (Abby) was on top of everything and very helpful. Five stars. Plan to stay here again.

Excellent Cabin

We spent two very enjoyable weeks in the cabin. The home is in great shape and was well stocked and very clean. The floorplan is very livable too. Comfortable bedrooms and a nice open main room with a very functional kitchen. Abby was a great host and on top of everything. We plan to return for sure. Two thumbs up.

Great for families with dogs

We stayed with our kids and two dogs for 4 nights. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed to cook, the living area was nice, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed. It was dog-ready with raised beds, two large crates, and water/food bowls. The enclosed dog run was convenient. The place was very clean without a trace of other guests’ dogs. It was in a great area perfect for taking walks throughout the community.

Highly recommend this cabin in Pinetop!

Our stay at Abby’s cabin was outstanding - great location, very clean, pet and child friendly, and friendly/responsive host! We would definitely stay there again when we come back to Pinetop!

Amazing

Everything about this place was amazing. The cabin itself was perfect - the bed/blankets/pillows and couches were so comfortable. Abby was great with communication and while we had no issues during the stay that required any help, she sent a greeting text the morning of our check in and was super responsive when I messaged her about leaving early (our fault). I also extremely appreciated the little things that the cabin had readily available like toilet paper and soap. (I’ve stayed somewhere before that didn’t supply any and hadn’t prepared for that.) The kitchen is also fully stock with dishes, utensils and pretty much any item you need to cook (minus the food, of course). Everything was clean and in good condition so I didn’t feel any need to wash things prior to using. If you’re going to stay anywhere in Pinetop, this is the place to stay!

Perfect place for our birthday getaway!

The property was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 little dogs. Very clean and well appointed for humans and animals. We’ll definitely keep in mind for future trips to the mountains. Abby was always available to answer questions. Thank you!

Dog and Family Friendly Home

We love how well equiped the house is and we had a really good space to dine, hangout, and just enjoy the view and snow from the dining or the living room. We appreciate the availability of crates for our fur babies and they had dog bowls too! It's indeed pet friendly and we were surprised that it's really clean for a dog friendly place. It was easy to communicate with Abby, our host, and we love how accomodating she is to us. We had the best mini vacation and would love to stay again. Thank you for hosting us. P.s. for anyone staying, make sure to start out early if you plan to finish the 1000pcs puzzle.

Fantastic cabin retreat

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Abby's cabin over Thanksgiving. Abby was an incredible host, very responsive when exchanging messages and accommodated us when requested. Everything you could need was provided, the space was great and the neighborhood was fantastic for taking daily walks around. What was the best was that the property was dog friendly - it made our stay with our pups that much more enjoyable. We will definitely be staying again. Thanks Abby!

Beautiful cabin in Pinetop

This is our 2nd stay in this beautiful home. We stayed at this time last year as well. The property is clean and beautiful. Kitchen Appliances and a sofa, love seat, and recliner for a total of 5 recliners are like new. Looks like the home has had a recent remodel making for an extremely comfortable stay. The beds are super comfortable including the pillows and puffy comforters. The property is centrally located which makes it easy to get into town via your own vehicle or SafeRide. We hope to stay again this time next year. You won’t be disappointed in this property.

I am originally from the Midwest, but currently reside in Mesa, AZ. I love sharing my happy place with others looking to create memories in the White Mountains! My favorite things to do in Pinetop are exploring all the different lakes and creeks, hiking, and sitting out on the deck just taking in the beautiful views.

I adore Pinetop because it reminds me of northern Wisconsin and Michigan, which brings back childhood memories. The cabin is located just a few steps away from the National Forest, if you are lucky you can catch a glimpse of some of our beautiful wildlife!

The cabin was renovated in 2023, all of the furniture and appliances are new, but the cabin's warm and cozy feel remains! The open floor plan is perfect for being able to spend time with family and friends while cooking, lounging, or just enjoying the views from the floor to ceiling windows!
