Nice apartment home

We had a very nice stay. Location was convenient for our planned activities, plenty of food choices in town and nearby. We stayed in the basement apartment. Large living room and kitchen with backyard access. Very nice host communication. We would stay again.

It was great for our needs. Great communication from the host! It was surprisingly quiet for being on a busy road. Getting out of the driveway was a challenge due to a car from another party being parked in the turn around spot. I may have missed it in the listing that it was an apartment. It could use a few more spoons and forks.

Perfect spot

The location was a great central spot to Cary, crystal lake and all the places I needed to be. The house was clean and bigger than I expected. Host was very friendly and had simple, easy instructions on how to access the property and the amenities. I will definitely be staying here next time I’m out that way.

Home away from Home

Place was great. Is in a nice location close to a very cute town with some great local bars and pizza joints. Tons of lakes lots of stuff to do. We came out for the Rise up music festival. House was great. It was comfortable beds were amazing. Will come again. We just loved the house.

Great, Clean Space!

My friend and I stayed a weekend here while in town for a wedding. We found the space very clean and cozy! Decor was very cute! The only thing we noticed, which we shared with the owner, was that one night we were there, there were guests staying in the upstairs apartment that were rather noisy. They had checked out the night before us and it was then very quiet! All in all, would definitely stay here again!

Cary Illinois Stay

Nice fenced in back yard. This was a 2 story home; shared entrance and then stairs to upper level and stairs to lower level with separate entrances. Our rental was in the basement. Quick responses from owner.

Worked out well for us

Property is clean and refreshed. Our host was friendly and efficient, responded very quickly. Only negative is the upper unit was rented to loud and late hours people. Woke us up and also did not keep common door locked when home. House was pretty, clean and I would rent again. Need a car, not walkable to downtown.

We stayed at this property for a couple of nights. Overall, the rental was clean, though a few kitchen items had been left out and were dirty, vinyl floor broken and scuffed walls. One important detail that wasn’t mentioned in the listing is that this is a split-level rental with other guests staying above. The stairs leading to the unit were quite steep. The walls are very thin—we could hear everything from upstairs, and the noise made it difficult to sleep. Parking is also limited. On the positive side, the manager was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Nice property

The property was perfect for our needs. I only have two complaints. The biggest issue for us was that the people upstairs didn't follow the rule of being quiet between 10PM and 8AM. It sounded like they were dragging furniture around until midnight one night. And we could hear them walking around until after 10 the other nights. The other issue was bugs. We saw a few live ones in the first few days. Then they sprayed and we saw lots of dead ones. I wish they had sprayed a few days before we got there.
