Welcome to Sea La Vie, your next vacation home rental! This four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom house is conveniently located close to the beach and all Port A has to offer! Step inside this Key West inspired home and find yourself at ease with the open floor plan and comfortable furnishings.

Spend time making memories in the fully stocked kitchen that opens to the dining area and living room. There's a second living area located just upstairs equipped with a kitchenette. It’s a great place for a kids’ movie night after a fun-filled beach day. The 10x24 covered deck on the second floor overlooks one of two community pools and is the perfect spot to end your days.

When you’re ready to turn in for the night, you’ll find four well-appointed and comfortable bedrooms, all with flat-screen TVs.. The downstairs primary bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a private en-suite bathroom. The upstairs primary bedroom offers a king-size bed with a full bathroom. The third guest room offers a king-size bed. The fourth bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a set of twin-size bunk beds.

For your convenience, Sea La Vie offers two laundry areas as well.

Spend time at one of two community pools, or take your golf cart to the beach for a day of sand and surf.

Village Walk neighborhood rules: the property manager will provide four parking passes upon your arrival. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed at Village Walk. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no street parking or parking in red zones.

Nice place. Responsive management.

This house is very roomy! It was clean. Beds were comfy. Property management was available by phone and very responsive with any issues or questions had. One con, the downstairs shower leaked water under the shower door, out into the hallways and out into the garage. It seems this was not the first time by the way the tiles look. After discovering this, we called immediately, maintenance man came a few hours later and took pictures and left. I guess we didn’t really expect them to repair it right then and there because it looks like that may involve some renovation.so, we could not use it anymore. So more people had to share the upstairs hallway bathroom than expected. It was ok for us, we’re all family. One more con, they were very stingy with bath towels. Not alot provided. And one kitchen dish towel was all we had in the kitchen. Perhaps that’s the norm, not sure.. we did have a great time. Short drive to beach. I left a large item which they mailed back to me, and i sincerely appreciate them doing so! (at my expense which I was happy to pay). Would probably stay again just hope the bathroom leak would be repaired.

Great Fathers Day getaway

The neighborhood is gated so it was extremely safe. If someone wasn’t staying there they couldn’t get in. Everything was neat, clean and very spacious. It’s a very relaxing place with all the amenities. If you want to go out to eat most places were less than 10 minutes away. Everyone loved this place.

VRBO and Silver Sands are terrible companies

The property was nice once I was able to gain access but VRBO and Silver Sands created a situation in which I was double booked and neither company was very helpful in resolving the issue. Communication was terrible and the ordeal cost me quite a bit of money and made my vacation memorable for all the wrong reasons. I will never book with either company again.

Family Get Together

Well appointed decor. Nice size rooms and layout. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice to have two sets of w/d. Loved the heated swimming pools. Had a lot of toys and outdoor games. The ping pong table was a real hit. Liked all the outdoor seating. A negative comment was that the floor was dirty and all the mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Nice size and location

Honestly the house itself was very nice. It was big, clean and well equipped. There were a few hiccups getting into the property. It was a little frustrating but we eventually gained access. (it didn't help that it was just hot outside waiting. If we could have all waited at the pool and had someone notify us when the house was open, that might have been better, but i was told they manage a lot of properties and I needed to be at the door. The back lock also did not work in the garage so we were very nervous locking the house anytime we left. There was a significant leak in the kitchen from the ceiling. Luckily the maintenance person was still there and was able to correct the problem right away. We cleaned up the mess and had a great time for the remainder of the trip. The A/C was cold. We had 12 (kids and adults). Everyone had a place to sleep and there was room at the dining room table and in the living room. We enjoyed the outside area as well. The house is close to the beach with the golf cart and close to Port Aransas activities. The community pool is across an alley so very convenient. We were able to upgrade the free golf cart for a fee and pay for a second so we had enough for all of us. This is a gated community which helps with feeling safe. We were a group of women with children and always felt safe. They have security as we saw them driving around. All in all we made many great memories here.

Great home for families!

My family of 11 loved this home. Due to health reasons we needed a home with a kitchen and bedroom on the first floor and this home was perfect for us. The home has four bedrooms but the sofa bed upstairs is in a space with a partial door so it feels like a 5 bedroom home if you are good with a sofa bed. There was plenty of extra pillows and linens to use the sofa bed as well. They have Netflix and a great sound system on the TV so we enjoyed family movies while cooking. Thank you for sharing your home.

Management could be better

The home is beautiful, well stocked and functional. The management company could use an upgrade. The dishwasher was clogged our whole visit and no one came. We rented a golf cart and there were no instructions of how to get a key anywhere, we had to call. There were no instructions in the house, the wifi was different than what we were given. So little attention to detail by the management Co.

Great Time

It was dirty and had no propane. We would have bought some had someone told us we needed. But other than that everything was great.

Property was great. There were issues with no top sheets on beds, not enough dish towels in kitchen and not enough trash bags. There were some glitches with gate and door codes being correct.

Loved it!

"Sea la Vie" is a lovely bit of paradise, with all the amenities one could wish for! Beautifully decorated, and functional with plenty of space for everyone. The golf cart is a nice touch too. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful.

Horrible Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo had not been cleaned. I'm talking dirty dishes in dishwasher, unmade beds, dirty towels in the bathtubs. No surfaces disinfected or floors swept. We where given the entry code to go in at 4 pm. The unmade beds and obvious dirty bathrooms where upstairs. By the time we realized the situation, we had gone all in this Condo. We retreated to garage. I called the office at 4:10, She said go to the pool or a golf cart ride. Two hours later, no call back, no house keeping. I called again and was told they where busy and I needed to just understand. I told her I thought the CDC would probably determine that I was being pretty understanding. She said whatever and hung up without a solution. We gave up and sprayed all surfaces and cleaned the kitchen so we could at least let the our children eat. Two house keepers did show up and clean AT the bathrooms and replace linens and left a stack of towels. They where very nice and stated again they are very busy. The cleaning Staff left the last time at 8:30 pm, because housekeeping kept sending the wrong sheets. Not, because they where cleaning the 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath house for 2 hours. Disappointed does not touch it. We have 4 children in the family ages 2 to 8 and 5 Adults. Silver Sands Highjacked the first 4 1/2 hours of our vacation with no remorse at all. I called the office Monday to say I did not appreciate them sending us into a condo that was dirty with the covid concern. I told Darlene that the lack of concern and communication we where shown was unbelievable. Darlene seamed nice and understanding. I ask that Aliana ( manager) please give me a call. I ask that they at the least refund my cleaning fee I paid since we actually cleaned except for them changing bed linens. No one called to see if we where okay while we where renting and no one has called to address my concerns. I'm certain the CDC could light a fire under them. I do not recommend trusting yo

Great vacation home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great! Great location, so handy being close to the pool with our grandkids. Very spacious, accommodates large groups. Loved the balcony seating and side patio...great for sitting out in the evening. The beds/bedrooms were set up nicely and LOVE that all bedrooms had tv. Kitchen was nicely furnished for eating in, washer and dryer was clutch. Location was good, the golf cart made it very easy to transport people and gear to the beach. The only improvement we would have is for the management company. You are representing this homeowner. We would absolutely choose the house again. But we feel management needs a little help. Specifics: we asked if early check in would be possible, answer was 'yes' depending on it being cleaned/ready. When we arrived, 1 hour before regular check-in, we were told it wasn't cleaned yet. Bummer traveling with small children but ok. During that time we drove to the location to see the house, get a feel for how far from the beach. The house was locked, no cleaning people in sight. I called to say, hey, they must be finished. Bottom line, they were "checking" with housekeeping and when I called back 20 minutes before regular check in, got a not so happy - fine you can check in. If you don't allow early check in - say so when we ask 2 weeks in advance! But don't give us run around if it's ready. That is a bad way to start things. In a house that sleeps 14 I would think there would be at least one bath towel per person, several hand towels and rags. This house had a total of 8 bath towels - NO hand towels, wash rags. None - bathroom or kitchen. When we called they said housekeeping said they were short and would bring when they got some. We had extra pillows with no pillow cases, and the pullout sofa and sofa chair had no sheets. We fully expect to stock the things they tell you to - dish soap, paper towels, etc., but bath towels and sheets to accommodate all beds? Suggestions only - house was great!

A Great Memorial Day Weekend with our family

The arrangement of the house was very nice and it was fully stocked with everything we needed. We were missing some sheets on the bunk beds the first night but the management company brought them by immediately after I called them. We loved using the golf cart. The TV in the living room seemed to be impossible to get to work but overall the house was decorated beautifully and we would definitely return!
