Escape to Snowfall's Tranquil Acres, a beautiful cabin tucked away in the Colorado mountains! This roomy escape features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and many amenities, such as a hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and private camp site. Stay connected with high-speed internet and enjoy the TV's throughout the home. Discover nearby attractions like Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, and Pike National Forest. Ideal for families and groups looking for an unforgettable mountain vacation.



The Space:

The home is a spacious, updated cabin combining modern amenities with Rocky Mountain aesthetics. Natural light streams through large windows and skylights. Enjoy several indoor and outdoor living areas with comfortable furniture and fireplaces. Outside, relax on the new patio, gather around the fire pit, cook in the outdoor kitchen, or camp under the stars. The massive full kitchen inside has modern appliances and an enormous island. Three bedrooms offer king-size beds and ample closet space. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids with a queen bed and a bunkbed. Three bathrooms each include a bath or shower. Downstairs features an indoor hot tub and sun room.

The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood contains multiple acre lots. Homes are far between. Neighborhood is filled with wild life and beautiful trees.



Getting Around:

Recommend 4x4 vehicle in the winter time! You are in the mountains! We plow the driveway but roads are steep and narrow. Experienced winter drivers suggested. Roads are paved and are gravel based. Main road and highways paved and maintained well. Parking in 3-car oversized garage but manual door lifting (no power to garage). Outside can park an additional 4 vehicles max. Highly suggest car pooling.



Other Things to Note:

This home is out in nature. Guests can expect to encounter wildlife during their stay. We have special instructions to ensure guests take appropriate precautions around wildlife.

Great property! It had plenty of room for everyone! Also had a mini disc golf course, which the guys loved! We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay! Property is secluded. Saw deer, elk and bears at property or on road to it. House was well stocked. Hot tub inside is a plus. Outdoor grill worked great.

The property was very beautiful, and the cabin was very nice and cozy. The host was very quick to respond for questions or concerns. This is an amazing place to vacation and I have added it to my list of possible place to go back to. Also the town its located in is great, there is a lot of local business and everywhere is pretty easy to get to. The views are stunning in this area. 10/10 would stay again

House was very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, pillows, dishes, etc. . The location was beautiful and close to amenities. Hot tub was plenty hot and very clean. Host was very communicative and explained everything very well. It provided us a weekend of memories and some great family time.

Family Vacation

Our stay at the house was very enjoyable & relaxing! Very secluded & quiet location. We even got to see wildlife several times. The house was great for our large family - especially the well stocked kitchen, large dining table, & patio areas!

Amazing property and house

The house was absolutely gorgeous! Everyone loved it and its location. It was secluded and peaceful but close enough to so many activities. I definitely would do this house again.

Colorado mountain retreat

Wonderful vacation. We were concerned that there wasn’t air conditioning; but, as owner told us, it was not a problem. Always cooled off plenty in the evening. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and very quiet and private. Only issue we had was with windows not working properly, but they were being replaced week after we left.

Wonderful large/cabin for large groups

My multi-generational family loved this cabin! We were sad to leave! It is super spacious, clean, comfortable with a lot of unique character. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen had a huge island with a large table for big groups. The kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchen of any VRBO I have ever stayed at. There is even a pull out cabinet with a spice rack, maple syrup and olive oil. Only negative is the hot tub water was extremely cloudy, but it did have chlorine in it. might have just needed a filter change and water quality test strips.

Laurie, thank you for staying with us and for the kind words. Also, thank you for feedback. We know the tub gets a ton of use and takes some time for the treatments to fully set in between guest stays. We activiley monitor chemical levels and most times the cloudiness is cosemetic for a period of time. Just a reminder for anyone reading this, to reduce cloudiness during stays, it is best to make sure to take a shower to remove any lotions and such from entering the hot tub. This will help us with the next stay's experience, as well. Thanks again, The Snowfall Team

The house is nestled in the hills of Woodland Park. It's beautiful in this area! The home also has several upgrades: windows and a large island in kitchen with plenty of storage space. It also has a large dining table with plenty of natural sunlight. Further, while the bedrooms on the second and third level were decent, the one on the lower lever needs attention. The carpet is very old with numerous stains. There's also a stench in the lower level bedroom that was hard to ignore. You could also tell someone sprayed lots of air freshener to mask the smell. Needless to say, that made it even worse. Outside, there's a beautiful patio with fire pit, grill and seating area.

Overall all a Great Get Away

Cabin had everything you need for a weekend get-away. Although we took our own pots n pans, plates & silverware ..the cabin had all of it available for use. The cabin was clean but there are a lot of rules to review such as all the cleaning you have to do before leaving. We normally do clean everything before we leave so it wasn't a big deal for us but I've never seen it listed on VRBO. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed how spacious the cabin was & how responsive the owner was for messages sent. Our only issue would be that the listing listed a 11am checkout which is what we paid for but was told we had to leave by 10am. Also, use Google Maps to find cabin address NOT WAZE. Waze took us to a total different property way ontop of mountain. Definitely would stay here again!

Rosie was a nice guest. Unfortunately she was not able to produce the 11 am check out reference. We reminded her multiple times of check-in and check-out times. She checked in an hour early, as well.

Beautiful house

This house was a perfect location for our family of teenage boys, us and grandparents. We all had our own space and could hang out as a family and play games. It was a perfect place to head out from to all of our day trips all over Colorado Springs and even up to Rocky Mountain National Park. The house came with everything you could think of, even a huge crock pot so on our long days we came back to supper being ready. We saw mule deer every day we were there and even turkeys. We would highly recommend this house. I would recommend an SUV to get back to the house if there has been a lot of rain though. Nothing the owners can do about all the wash out from all the rain, but it left large ruts in the road that a small car would not be comfortable. The owner is very responsive and was great to work with. Thanks again for an amazing week!

We had an absolutely great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, and the entire experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.You can tell a lot of thought and care went into making the place welcoming and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Property was exactly as described in the listing. The house is situated well away from other houses enabling our group to truly appreciate the time we had together without experiencing disruptions. The kitchen is quite spacious and the decks were great places to relax after spending the days with activities in the surrounding areas.
