Our stay at the Corner Lot was perfect! The house was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed and a lot of extras. The snacks were welcoming and delicious. There is so much to enjoy here. The game room was especially "awesome" for the young people. The older folks enjoyed the fireplace, fire pit, and hot tub. The kitchen was more fully stocked than every VRBO we've stayed at so far. We saw deer, turkey, and heard the soft howls of the wolves at the nearby wildlife sanctuary. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful place. I'm only sad it is already booked for Christmas, or I'd be there!

This is a great spot for a lot family fun with both young and older kids. A hot tub with a view of nature, a game room filled with many options, tons of board games and definitely plenty of TVs for those movie nights.There's a fire pit to roast your marshmallows, or just hang out. There's also some suspended swing chairs and a hammock. The house is well stocked on utensils, pots, pans and even seats for young kids. You'll just need to bring the food and drinks. I would also suggest bringing batteries, AA and AAA, just in case a remote needs them replaced. The entire place was very clean and well taken care of.When visiting during the winter months, I would make sure you take something with AWD and good tires.

This was a fun home for our family gathering. A lot of games to play at home and a lot of activities around the area. The snack basket and the smore fixings were a nice touch! Sitting on the decks and communing with nature, reading a book, watching birds was a nice way to start and end the day. Thank you for a lovely place to stay.

Exceeded Expectations Our family had an amazing stay at this property — honestly better than we expected! The listing photos didn’t oversell it at all; the place looked just as great in person as it did on the website.What really stood out was how well-stocked everything was. This host thought of literally everything — lotion, nail polish remover, dog dishes, toothbrushes, Q-tips, you name it. If you find yourself wondering “will they have this?”, the answer was almost always yes. It felt like the only thing we needed to pack was our clothes! So many game options, our family had game night every night! Quality time is priceless.The host was also incredibly responsive whenever we reached out. The views from the property were beautiful, and there were plenty of games to keep the whole family entertained.We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home away from home!

Family vacation

This home is exactly as described, well appointed with everything you’d need for your family’s home away from home. I really appreciated the La Croix and local beers being provided, along with snacks and full, cold filtered water in the fridge at our arrival. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time exploring!

Hiking Vacation

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights in August. House was exactly like the listing. Location was great, close to hiking areas and had everything we needed to relax after several hours of hiking each day. Would highly recommend!

Absolute perfection! Beautiful home, off the beaten path, but close to amenities, comfortable living and sleeping spaces, and a kitchen FULL of any and every appliance you could need. Every detail was meticulously planned for our comfort and enjoyment. We loved our stay and will definitely book again.

Gorgeous area and beautiful property! We saw deer and a little fox that kept roaming around the area. Very peaceful and quiet! The house is very well stocked if you are coming in from out-of-town and are not bringing much. Especially coffee offerings!!Will book again!

Great property!

We really enjoyed our short stay at this cabin. Very well stocked and good location. Lots of wildlife. The deer and turkeys come right through the side yard and we enjoyed watching from the balcony.

Awesome place!

This house has it all! From the well equipped kitchen, the large game room, comfortable beds, s'mores fixings and 2 decks for enjoying the beautiful Colorado outdoors, if you are visiting the Florissant area, this is where you want to stay!

Very nice property has everything you need to have an excellent vacay

This is our 3rd visit; this is a very nice, very clean, comfortable home. It has everything needed to make your visit excellent. The kitchen has anything you’ll need to cook a great meal, beds are comfortable, very well stocked with towels, personal items like toothbrushes/cotton balls/q-tips/toothpaste, etc; plenty of games, a fantastic game room and the hot tub was so relaxing - we’ll be back!

We had the best time staying at this wonderful house. Everything was clean and perfect. Aleana made sure we had everything we needed. We loved seeing the deer every morning and evening. We would love to come back and stay longer next time!

Perfect for family vacation

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. There were plenty of things to keep everyone in our party entertained, even the 2 year old! It was so relaxing, we saw a lot of wildlife, and the hosts were very responsive when I had any questions or issues. I highly recommend this property to anyone vacationing in the area and looking for a place to unwind at the end of the day!

We booked our annual weekend disc golfing trip at The Corner Lot this year. Could not have been happier with our stay here! The space was immaculate. Above and beyond that, the host(s) are incredibly thoughtful with all of the snacks, games, kitchen tools, and amenities they offer. Honestly, we are probably ruined to stay anywhere else but here for our next trips in the years to come. Thank you, thank you! We had a wonderful stay.

Family vacation

House was immaculate, well stocked and the game room and hot tub were well used! We enjoyed making lattes too! Perfect space for our family of six with kids ranging in age from 13-21. Be prepared for the steep road to get to the house. We navigated it with our minivan without any issues.
