The guest bedroom supplies a queen sized bed, dresser, closet space and a tv.

The spacious lanai has a table with four chairs and features an outdoor ceiling fan to give a comfortable breeze while serving beverages behind the bar and lounging on the couch!

When you're ready for a night out on the town, you'll find this home is conveniently located to The Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Squares and only 2 minutes to El Santiago Recreation Center (Family Pool)!
