Very nice house in a great location. We made a last-minute booking and they were very accommodating. We would stay there again.!

Yes, the house was well equiped and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and snacks. The house was extremely clean and inviting.

We had an excellent view. The people in the office were so accommodating. The condo had been remodeled. It was very nice and comfortable. We would stay there again.

This property was perfect for what we needed. My husband, adult children and I flew down for a long weekend for my Mom’s Celebration of Life. The house was very close to where she lived which was my primary reason for choosing it. The Villages is enormous now so location is important. The house was very clean and gave us a good place to relax after the services.

Tropic Like It's Hot

We had a great visit. The house was perfect for us, 2 bedrooms with our own bathroom was a treat. The cleaners didn't get under the beds or under the coffee table and we had the water turned off because the bill wasn't paid. This was rectified in a short time period but never the less it was an inconvenience. I would definitely come back.

A Perfect Stay in The Villages, Florida!

We had an amazing week vacationing in The Villages, and staying at Tropic Like It’s Hot made it even better! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. The host was incredibly helpful, especially with getting us guest passes to enjoy all the fantastic amenities, like the pools and golf courses. This is a golf cart community; we loved cruising around in the golf cart! Whether we were heading to the pool, Village Squares for evening entertainment or just exploring the beautiful surroundings, riding around was half the fun. Lake Sumter Landing quickly became our favorite spot with gorgeous sunsets, great food, and live music made it the perfect place to wind down each day. What made it even more ideal was how close it is to other great Florida spots just under two hours from Clearwater! This home and location truly offered everything we were looking for in a relaxing, fun-filled getaway. We highly recommend it!
