This house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and updated with quartz countertops and new appliances. There is plenty of room to gather with your guests! The open concept dining room and large living room with 65-inch Roku enabled TV will make you feel right at home. The home includes a huge and fenced backyard, that you can hear the Goin' Band From Raiderland practicing during Texas Tech Football Season.

The first bedroom contains a queen bed and a jack and jill bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed with its own outside entry. The third bedroom has a queen bed and Roku Enabled TV with its own private bathroom. The entire has house been completely remodeled and you will love the tiled showers and modern design. The living room features a plenty of seating and a sofa that allows for an additional guest to sleep. A 65-inch Roku enabled TV is in the living room for your convenience. Between the kitchen and the living room is the open dining room. The entire house has plenty of light throughout with all the new windows installed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Quartz counter tops, new custom cabinets, appliances, and modern lighting will make you want to take this kitchen home with you. There is on site parking with a long driveway that can fit up to 4 cars. We do NOT allow pets at this property. Please plan on leaving your furry friends at home. Violation of this policy will result in a $150 cleaning fee. All areas of the house are available to guests except for the locked cleaning closet.
**Unauthorized parties or events will result in a $500 additional fee + plus damages. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. **

Emily is your host and her interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 24 hours before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay Emily lives nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. Emily is always available by text or phone call. She prides herself on quick responses. Please use the Airbnb app call or text us for any communication. E-mail does not work as quickly, and we will not see your messages. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!

You will arrive to a very safe, well-established neighborhood located south of Texas Tech University in the Historic Tech Terrace neighborhood on 26th and Akron. Very easy access to shopping, (supermarket is 5 blocks away) dining, and entertainment. This house is a straight 3–5-minute shot to the Southwest corner of Texas Tech campus. The Tech Terrace Hidden Gem is located close to everything. Main roads are University and 19th Street nearby as well as Marsha Sharp Freeway and Loop 289. Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer! Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor city transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. You can ride the bus on to campus that runs South on Boston and North on Flint. All areas of the house are available to guests except for the locked cleaning closet.
