This is a safe well kept property. The kitchen is very well stocked in cookware and utensils. Pleanty of hot water. The beds are comfortable. Super views from the balcony. The pool areas are great. Very close to groceries and restaurants. Our host was very responsive at all times. Overall, a great stay.

Internet was fast.Condo in very secure area. Beach view from secong floor was glorious 2 minute walk to beach.Grocery sore right across the street in large "mall" Security staff were wonderful.

Clean, safe. However, very old and in need of upgrades. Horrible chemical smell in the condo itself. I had a migraine waking up because of it. I think it was from pest control. Ovean view 😍 and location is great.

Jackie is an excellent host!!! The location is outstanding-the view you don’t get to see the beach but you see the ocean and enjoy the sunrise every morning while listening to the waves. The beach is so close!!! Just down the outside “hallway”, down the stairs. Love, love the location!! Across the street behind the condo is a full grocery store, perfect for keeping the cost under control.

Fabulous Stay

I have stayed at this property a few times during the past couple of years. The host is very accommodating and reachable. Check in and check out is smooth.Property is secure and in a great location close to shops and many restaurants. I can’t wait till my next visit!!

Great stay!

What a great property right on the water! Food and groceries were within walking distances and public transportation right across the street. Felt very safe in the area. Highly recommend!

Our beautiful trip to Cancun

The condo was as described, comfortable beds and everything we needed to cook our own food. Plenty of hot water and the view was the best! Thank you Jacky and special Ty to our cleaning ladies Landy and assistant!

Beautiful spot in the hotel zone

Huge complex with three different pool areas located right on the sandy beach of the hotel zone strip. Great swimming out front, plenty of lounge chairs on the beach and around the pools, stunning views! Oxxo and plenty of restaurant options very close by; it’s a great location. The apartment is simple but has everything you need, including a full kitchen and a lovely little patio with plenty of seating to enjoy the view of the ocean from your room as well.

I recommend

We stayed for two nights. We were three married couples. We flew to Cancun from different cities and it was convenient to spend a few days before traveling on the beach. The apartment is located very conveniently, close to the airport, shops, cafes. This is the second time we have stayed with Jackie and we are very pleased.

Very Nice Stay

Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Very convenient location, right off the beach. You can buy groceries in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants close by. The owner maintains the property to its best capabilities. Just some amenities are too old for her to handle, especially AC. Jackie is a very responsible host.

Cozy condo with amazing views

We were all very impressed with the views the balcony provided. The condo has very great cool AC which is nice because the climate is very humid and hot. Check in and check out was very easy. The cleaning person was absolutely wonderful as well as the property manager. The rental was kept very clean. I highly recommend giving this rental a chance.

Good price for the location

Difficulty with hot water initially. Air conditioner had no temperature control. Upstairs never cooled down. Great location right on the beach. The pool area was nice. Great maid service. Nice to have drinking water. It would be nice to have more beach towels because they didn’t dry overnight.
