The location cannot be beat! You are steps from the ocean and if you want to go around town, you’re centrally located. The response from the host was top notch, too! We loved the upstairs and space throughout!

This is a Gem , great location views can’t be beat close to grocery store and mall, hosts were very professional easy to reach and deserve thanks for making our vacation a relaxing one as it should be . Oh and the staff and security are top notch !

The condo was very well stocked with all that we needed. Working with the owners was a pleasure. The management staff were very responsive to our questions and requests. It's in a very convenient area, walking distance to resturants, stores and even a hospital. We wi very likely rent this property again. Thank you for a very enjoyable vacation stay.

FANTASTIC condo at Playa Marlin. Gorgeous views from top floor, poolside bar and grill - easy shopping and great restaurants all within a 5-minute walk. Very easy to access, 24/7 security and locked gates private beach access. We will return for sure!

Great family vacation spot

We had an excellent week at this condo! The view was phenomenal and the location was convenient. Host was easy to work with and very communicative.

Would give one star for accommodation and resort but gave 2 due two stars due to beach and amenities. Accommodation was very poor. Resort was outdated and in need of upgrade.

Thank you for the feedback, Elaine. You were informed about the couch issue before your arrival. I ordered a new couch but there was a delay with delivery. The couch was changed after you left. I also want to clarify that this is a condominium, not a resort, and was never advertised as a resort.

Very nice place. I appreciated the good pots and pans as I cook most meals. They were well taken care of and we had everything we needed for cooking. View was great and I loved the location across from the grocery store. Good security as well. Neighborhood was safe.

Couple Getaway

The view was the best part of this property. It was nice to look and hear the ocean every day. Location for us was fine and used the beach and pool only one day since we explored a lot.

Great property close to everything

From the first day we knew we loved it. Groceries just a few minutes walk. Beautiful views,and always a constant breeze to cool off.Plenty of room for 4 of us. Alot of great places to eat.

Family Cancun trip

Conveniently located, and clean condo. Bus stop, grocery store, pharmacy, and convenience store are right across the street. Nice pool and beach access. Two large bedrooms, balconies, and bathrooms make it very spacious and comfortable.

As Advertised - beautiful location

This two story townhouse style location was clean and beautiful. Multiple pools and the beach are right outside the door. If you like sun and sand and a great cerviche this is the place for you. Go enjoy it!
