Fantastic place! Adorable and private. Perfect for two couples. Loved the private pool and bonus rooftop dipping pool. Went up every morning to watch the sunrise. Short walk to the coffee bus. The complimentary breakfast was beyond fantastic! The Host was amazing with communication and so helpful. Highly recommend.

This was honestly the best rental experience I have ever had. Yas and Monse were so communicative and helpful. They made the journey from the Cancun airport all the way to Isla Mujeres so easy. We stayed for my friends birthday and Monse helped arrange flowers and champagne for our arrival, a really sweet touch. Breakfast was amazing. The pool was perfect and the rooftop had some amazing views. The beds were so comfortable and the AC was perfectly cold. The house is on the southern part of the island where it's a lot quieter and calmer. There's a great restaurant and art gallery in walking distance as well as an ATM. I will absolutely come back and if you are thinking about booking, DO IT. You will not regret it!

We loved this place! The home was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. And the view from up top! Sunsets and ocean!! Cute lighting outdoors, and even changing colours in the pool! The home is well cared for and even has a pool cleaner that comes every morning to clean the pool. (You can let them know what time works for him coming to clean as well) On arrival we were greeted by Monse our concierge who was an amazing communicator the entire time. She gave us so many recommendations and kept us in the loop of potential power outages (even providing candles and flashlights for our convenience). We were pleasantly surprised to have the honour of Lupita cooking breakfast for us and occasionally cleaning for us everyday! We felt very spoiled! She so sweet, is an amazing cook, and presented everything beautifully. Our beds were suuuuper comfy and the toiletries smelled amazing and were good quality. This house is tucked away, so quiet and private. You will be serenaded by frogs and geckos through the night. We travelled here end of August and did not experience not one mosquito considering we were close to the jungle. The delicious coffee bus is only a block away and you are close to many beach restaurants and can easily drive to the beach. Very close to punta Sur! I could go on and on… but we will be back! This was such an amazing place!!!

Home away from home

Beautiful property that is setup to be your home away from home. Accomodations were great. Great quiet location in close proximity to some really good food and activity spots. The house has everything you need to cook meals in house or having a relaxing day next to the pool or on the beach. The service was top notch and the people who own and take care of the property are amazing. I would highly recommend!

Amazing stay in Isla

The house was amazing! The outdoor space was a game changer and offered everyone exactly what they needed— sunshine, shade, a lounge chair or a dip in the pool! Breakfast was amazing and a pleasant surprise! Any questions or needs were efficiently responded too! Check in and out was super easy. Can’t wait for our next trip! Hopefully, we will be returning to this gem!

Our stay was amazing. The house is very inviting and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. So many extra little surprises too! Its located close to some nice restraunts and bars. It rained every day so we didnt get to enjoy the pools. But we will be back 😎

Beautiful Trip

Nestled on the quiet side of the island this beautiful house is an oasis onto itself. Making this house our home for a week was the kind of paradise we were looking for. We spent every morning and every evening in the rooftop pool which had a beautiful view of the sea. The host and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful by answering all of our questions and recommending all of the best the island has to offer. This was the perfect way to experience Mexico for our first time and can’t wait to come back.

Excellent Gem on Isla Mujeres!

My wife and I travel to the island 1-2 times per year and are always looking for great places to stay. This place is awesome! It's perfect for a small group. The roof-top pavilion and pool are features normally not seen at this price point. The view of the Atlantic for sunrise was fantastic. Communication with the staff was excellent, and the condo had everything we needed for our 5-night stay. The option of cleaning daily was unexpected but very appreciated! We will be back.

Beautiful House

Very pleased with the accomodations! Exceeded our expectations from pictures! It is located in an area that was a little slower and more quiet than the North. The host was very helpful every step of the way with logistics ranging from driver from airport to ferry and even had arranged for someone to drive us from the ferry to the property. Also, gave great advice on local restaurants and activities! Thank you so much for an unforgettable week! We hope to join you again!

Lovely Hosts and Home

We had a wonderful vacation at this brand new home, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The hosts were 5++ in communication and responsiveness. and went above and beyond to help us organize transport and everything else we needed. We were delighted with the beverages and snacks they provided in the home upon our arrival. First class. The location is close to many dining options and attractions. We loved our stay! Will be back! Truly a gem of a home.

Beautiful Casa and Wonderful Hosts

My Family and I spent 5 wonderful days on Isla Mujeres, enjoying Casa Arena and her staff. Casa Arena is private, modern, and full of amenities. The decor is tasteful and makes one feel right at home. They went above and beyond to make sure we were thrilled with our stay, including but not limited to; making great restaurant and tour recommendations, offering cleaning as often as we requested, stocking the refrigerator and cupboards with a number of essentials including water, cola, beer, coffee, condiments and more, surprising me with a lovely birthday cake, all while providing a warm environment where we felt welcomed and special. I highly recommend a stay at Casa Arena if you are looking for a lovely 2 bedroom casa that will accommodate 2 adults and 2 children with ease. A sincere THANK YOU from my family to yours at Casa Arena!

Peaceful getaway with wonderful service

My friend and I stayed for 4 nights and loved having the casa as our home base to explore the island. The properties and amenities are exactly as listed, and it's indulgent to have 2 great patios to choose from. The neighborhood is quieter and removed from busier parts of the island, but there are a handful of restaurants within walking distance and it's always easy to catch a taxi as you walk. Taxi rides to Playa Norte and the ferry are about 150-200MX.It was lovely to have the option for prepared breakfast in the casa - highly recommend it! And Monse is amazing and so helpful. She's available easily by WhatsApp for recommendations and info, to help arrange transport... she even set up a massage therapist to come to the house! It's lovely to know this gem exists in Isla Mujeres. We'd book it again in a heartbeat!

Host had good communication prior to check in. They arranged a golf cart delivery for our stay, a grocery/liquor shop for us to stock the fridge, & they provided beach chairs & umbrellas. The home was bright, clean, well stocked with towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap & kitchen/cooking supplies. I was happy to see a hair dryer & even a hair straightener.The only thing we missed was a blender, and unfortunately the washing machine was being repaired so we couldn’t use it but the dryer worked so I did some laundry in the sink which worked out fine. The kids enjoyed having their own beds in the 2nd bedroom & we appreciated the 2nd full bathroom - very convenient to have 2 showers. Beds & pillows were just right! The main level pool & roof top pools were awesome & there was always a spot to suntan with plenty of lounge chairs for everyone! We loved having a view of the ocean & sunset from the roof. We felt very safe, it was relatively quiet (save for the odd rooster or dog - bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as this is common for anywhere on Isla).Location is “south” island but a golf cart isn’t totally necessary if you are okay with walking to the Main Street & waving down a taxi or hitchhiking a ride on a passing golf cart. There was a coffee truck just around the corner and enough beach clubs and restaurants to give you dining-out options.A pharmacy 5 minutes walk and a convenience store with minimal drinks, beer and snacks 10 minutes walk.We loved our stay!!!

We had a great stay here. The breakfast was delicious. Great communication with the host. Outdoor areas are what sold us and they were beautiful in person too.
