We had an amazing stay. The house nice, clean, and fully stocked for all our needs. Communication was excellent and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had zero complaints and that is a rare find when staying at other VRBOs. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Ft. Worth!

Such a cute cottage! Loved how clean and well stocked the home was. More than enough room for everyone. The backyard fire pit was a big plus. The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Will absolutely book again!

Loved everything! The house was so nice and the decor was beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was great. The location was close to all the things we wanted to do. We had a lovely girls weekend and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Everything we needed and great communication with owner! Quiet neighborhood Comfy beds Good space for a family gathering Even had a Christmas tree! So nice :-) We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay while in Ft. Worth

It had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. We came to watch a weekend series of college baseball, but got to experience so much more! Rodeo, stockyards, good food and great host and home! Thanks so much!

Cute, comfortable and well-appointed home

Great stay!

Check-in and check-out were super easy! Communication was great. Lots of amenities, we cooked and had what we needed. Backyard was wonderful, we had breakfast out there. Sufficient towels and linens, comfortable beds.

Perfect for us!

The house was a perfect fit for our quick trip in for graduation weekend. We were super busy so we didn't spend a lot of time in the house but the beds were comfy and the master shower was a treat! Thanks for a great stay!

Prefect place

We came for a quick trip for a concert for our daughters and was very impressed with the house and location. House is beautiful and neighborhood is quiet so made for a great stay. If we ever return to the Fort Worth area. This will be our first choice to stay as it was perfect

Fantastic Stay

Everything about this home was great from space for everyone to have their own area to cleanliness to uniqueness. We thoroughly enjoyed the history behind some of the personal items in the home as well as the abundant communication from the host!

Great comfy home close to TCU

What a comfy home so close to campus and downtown Ft Worth! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was top notch and the check in/check out process was seamless. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Ft Worth!

Spring Break getaway

This is a very nice house and conveniently located to get to downtown Ft. Worth or even the Stockyards. Gary and his wife are very responsive and helpful. We will be staying here again if and when we return.

Fort worth stay

The owner of the VRBO is directly behind the property. The owner shows up consistently unannounced. I was asked to check out 1/2 hour early. The bed in the spare bedroom is broken and has clearly been repaired several times it's obvious when we lifted the mattress..my guests had to sleep on the floor....would not recommend.

I will address each claim... Why is where we reside a complaint? It means we are available and can quickly respond to any reported issues. My wife went to the backyard through a pass-thru gate to grab a plant that was gifted to us by a previous guest, which needed watering. She went into the backyard ONE TIME, not consistently. We also enjoy meeting our guests. We would never, ever go into the home when we have guests. Being asked to check out early is false. Our check out time is 11:00am as stated in the listing. If we don't have a same day check-in, we are always open to extending the checkout time. We have never asked a guest to checkout early. We did have a same day check-in that day. We simply asked our guest to let us know if their travel plans had them checking out earlier than 11:00am. We never asked them to depart before 11:00am. We often have guests who leave early to catch a flight; and, on the front end we like to know an approximate check-in time to know if lighting is needed. So we do ask guests what time they are checking in and out. We had never had a complaint about a bed being broken until this guest brought it up. There were no previous repairs done by us. I can only draw the conclusion that the bed was damaged during their stay since we have had well over 250 guests and this has never been mentioned previously. I would please ask any guests reading this review to look at all of our reviews. This guest is the only negative review we have received.

The cutest vintage vibe

We loved this property! Home was extremely clean and well stocked for an easy stay. All the vintage touches and personalized decorations were the icing on the cake! Property owners were a dream to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

Fort Worth Rodeo

The house was beautifully decorated. And check in was a breeze! The Hills live close by if you need anything and they are both so friendly! And the record collection is spectacular!

The home is 15 minutes from the Navy Air Joint Reserve Base/Lockheed-Martin; 20 minutes from TCU, Colonial Country Club (PGA), Dickies Arena, Fort Worth Zoo (#1 in USA) and downtown (Sundance Square); 30-40 minutes from DFW Airport, the Cowboys AT&T Stadium and Rangers Globe Life Field; and 45 minutes from downtown Dallas (Dealey Plaza) and the Mavericks/Stars American Airlines Center. We have a small gym set up a television, a Precor Elliptical, a stationary bike, and weights. Televisions in the living room and master bedroom are set up for your streaming apps. A record player with a vast collection of LPs and 45 singles are waiting for you. Two sources of filtered water and coffee are ready to be served!
