5 days in Crested Butte

We had a great experience. No complaints at all. Everything went smoothly and as advertised. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway

For a small family reunion, we had four adults, one teenager, and one child stay here and worked out perfectly! The place is laid out such that everyone felt they were in the same place but not cramped on top of each other. It was located close enough to walk to the base of Crested Butte (and hike to the top!) and just a quick drive down the hill to the town.

Perfect family vacation

Everything was perfect. Take advantage of the shuttle provided by the condominium. We missed that on day one… For the win!

Love the views!

We had a great time in staying in this condo for our trip. The pull out couches were not very comfortable for adults to sleep on, but most of the beds were fine. Kitchen is fully stocked, which we loved being able to cook at "home". We will be returning!

Great place for extended family!

We stayed at Robin‘s place for seven nights with a family and friend group that had an infant up to adult adults in their 60s. Kitchen was fabulous! Place was roomy and fireplace with wood burning was an added delight. The biggest plus is the staff that works in the Sanmoritz and the shuttle service (if needed) as the skiing required to come in requires advanced ability. Skiing out in the morning was no problem :-)

Excellent Location

Excellent ski in ski out location!Access to the condo from the parking area is very convenient and makes unloading your gear after a long day of travel to get there a big relief! The condo could use a little fresh paint on the interior to spruce things up a bit, but overall this is not a deal breaker and we would book the property again! As an aside, the wood locker one flight down from the condo is an awesome amenity!

Tremendous location, fantastic space

Thank you for sharing your excellent home with us. We loved how close we were to the slopes. We also appreciated being on the main floor. Our families had such fun playing the board games, and loved that we didn’t have to share the hot tub with strangers by signing up for a time. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the beds were comfy and cozy. Thanks again for sharing!

Ski home away from home

We did a father-son ski trip with 4 families (8 people) and really enjoyed the condo. We had groceries delivered and stocked before we arrived and the owners were gracious enough to let us in early so the boys could get in a few hours of powder. The condo service is Amazing and provided shuttle service of the highest quality along with advice. Everyone was so friendly and they always made sure we had what we needed. Thank you for a memorable trip on some biblical powder!

Dads and sons ski trip

4 dads and 4 11 year old boys stayed here for long weekend. The location is great for mountain access, can ski down to main lifts in the morning and back to condo at the end of the day. The place was clean and as advertised. The 1 sofa sleeper is old and not really functional, the other two work fine (especially for 11 year old boys). Definitely dated, but we didn't care at all. Cozy and spacious and overall 5 stars.

Crested Butte Mountain Side

You can definitely ski in and ski out if you are an experienced skier. Our 6 year old could ski down. Paradise 301 does have a washer and dryer in the unit which was great. We had everything we needed, humidifiers, crock pots, all utensils, bath towels which they will replace every other day or so. Much bigger than the picture show, we had plenty of room. The car service is awesome! Very reliable and great people who drive you around. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Great stay

We had a great stay. The condo was conveniently located and easy to ski in and ski out of in the morning. We really enjoyed all the board games and puzzles the condo provided. The shuttle was also very responsive and accomodating given we didn't bring a car. Would have preferred for the property to be bit more stocked(cooking spices, extra paper towels, etc) but honestly wasn't a huge issue to go buy our own. Check in process was well documented but given the snow covered a number of the exterior staircases, it was a hike to go check in after drop off. However, if we had brought our own car this would have been a non-issue for us. Overall we had a great time. Thanks again!

property is very dated

kitchen was not super clean when we arrived, a lot of dishes needed to be re washed. condo is pretty dated and could use some better finish work like paint and such. runner carpets throughout were hazardous, we pulled them up instead of tripping on them. humming feeders were so cool. upstairs bed not comfortable but the rest seemed ok

runner carpets are there because of mud and snow . apologies that the kitchen wasn't as clean as it should be. We have actually switched cleaning services. Paint is in the works! and new art!

Not quite ski in for everyone.

The condo was very comfortable for 6 adults. We spread out so everyone had their own bathroom. Not thoroughly cleaned. Radiators quite dusty and bathroom with someone else's hair. Overall very comfortable. The entire condo needs paint and an update, but again comfortable. The Ski in/out is not for a beginner. Otherwise ok with a short walk. The shuttle service is stellar. Quick and friendly door to base with a call. We loved Crested Butte skiing. I would rent this condo again.

Not the best Condo of the 13 we booked at San Moritz Condo's

Our son's wedding party ended up booking 13 condos from San Moritz. Being the mother of the groom with a family of 5 adult children I was the first to book and I was instrumental in getting a large number of the guest to look and and rent from San Moritz. I found this condo on Home Away and booked it because it said it slept 12. 4 bedrooms and 3 pullout couches. the beds in two of the downstairs bedrooms were nice. The upstairs bedroom was adequate but not nearly as nicely furnished as the other 12 condos in comfort and or decorations. The 4th bed on the lower floor was awful. Like sleeping on a box spring. We ended up taking the mattress off of the lower level pull out couch to make it comfortable enough for my son who's in the army and use to sleeping on uncomfortable things. To make accomadation for my granchildren we had to pull the one mattress off the upstair pullout to put it on the other pullout couch that was broken and nothing more then springs. We sent 3 other people to other condos of family and friends because we did not have adequaete sleeping arrangements. If I had known this 4 bedroom to sleep 12 would have only slept 6 people comfortably I would have canceled in a heart beat. It was also very unwelcoming to have rules and notes written all over. Also the ugly white cover that was to stay on the very uncomfortable slouchy couch was unwelcoming as well. This condo needs to be fixed and updated like the other 12 condos our wedding party rented. This condo is well located. the kitchen was well furnished. The property management and the staff that brought towels and took care of garbage were beyond helpful .

the condo sleeps 10. I may have enough beds for 12 but I elect to only allow 10. I would not have rented to you if I had known you had 12 people. I sleep on that downstairs queen bed and love it so... I guess different people like different mattresses. I will check the upstairs pullouts! I never use them so a guest could have broken one and I wouldn't know unless someone told me. we do have onsite handymen to fix these things. As to my notes - they say things like - the flue to the fireplace is open in this direction. To me that is safety and in 15 years of renting this condo I have never had a complaint. The couch cover was my idea. It is washed between rentals so renters ( and me) always know they are sitting on something completely clean. I think that is pretty cool. I have purchased a new commercial couch cover, but the idea of a couch cover that is easily removable and washable is a must for me.

Convenient Launching Point for Ski Trip!

Visited CB with a couple couples/friends. Ski-out was a short walk to the top of a short ski run down to the West Wall Lift. Ski-in was right to the top of the stairs by the parking lot. Condo complex is older, but thought it easily justified the price. Kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked and made cooking away from home not feel like a chore. Hot tub sign up process is easy, but being indoors it felt like a lobster pot after 30m. Didn't use the shuttle at all. We would recommend the unit and stay here again.

Perfect ski trip condo

All ten of us give the condo great marks! It was perfect for 2 families, with plenty of space for all the kids. We loved the game room and board games available also. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was great. It was so easy to ski out to the lifts and home at lunch and the end of the day. When we needed it, the shuttle was available and the drivers were so kind. We used the shuttle for ski school and a few trips to town. We would rent here again!

Convenient ski In/Out condo

Nice unit with good room for four unrelated adults. All the bedrooms have kings/queen, no twins. We managed well with 6 gentleman utilizing sleeper couches. Very convenient to the mountain and nice views of the base from the deck. Unit was very well outfitted with various sundries and household items. Would recommend it highly.

Perfect for a family of eight. Ski-in-ski out was so convenient with a 4 and 7 year old first time skiing. Leaking toilet was replaced as soon as maintenance could find a replacement the next day.

This was an amazing condo in a beautiful location. Stayed together with family for a wedding. Everything was wonderful from a 'like home' standpoint. Towels, beds, pillows all great, and BLANKETS... didn't need them, but there were a ton. But OMG, the stars at night!! Big dipper right in your face from the balcony, and the milky way visible from parking lot - incredible! Crested Butte is a great destination and this room is amazing.

Beautiful views but a few issues.

This condo is large and will sleep a lot of people. Very well stocked kitchen. Clean and well organized. Lovely small communal deck facing a great mountain view. Living room is small and the couch needs to be replaced with something more functional and comfortable. Complicated TV and remote set ups with no instructions. Bathrooms were fine and it was nice to have laundry facilities in the unit. It is advertised as having no stairs to get into the building. There is in fact a long stair case to get into the building so be aware of that fact.

there are stairs into the building - about 12. I will add this to the listing. explanations for the remotes you need with direc tv are next to the tv, taped down! if you have any problems the front desk will help!
