A beautiful sunrise awaits you each morning with the promise of beautiful ocean scenery and a warm coastal breeze creating a calm and slow-paced lifestyle. Whether sleeping in or up early there is always something to do in Cocoa Beach: Enjoy reading by the ocean or poolside, surfing the waves (or just watch), collecting seashells and so much more. Plan to take in some of the local seafood restaurants or walk to nearby grocery stores. For a night in, plan to lounge in comfy furniture while watching TV with a full assortment of channels and Apple TV for streaming. Access the condo from free parking to a private secure elevator using a key fob or passcode. Enter the condo with a keyless entry. The condo key fob provides a secure visit to the pool, fitness area, and the beach. The bathroom has an upgraded shower door, toilet and bathroom vanity. The kitchen provides all of the essential cookware and utensils to make your stay easy. Come and experience what it means to truly relax.

Enjoyed our stay!

The condo was exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We spent a month here. The building is very well maintained and secure with a beautiful pool and easy access to the beach. The condo has a nice balcony that faces the ocean and is a great place from which to watch the rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. We would stay there again. The owners were easy to get ahold of and responded quickly if we needed anything.

Immaculate

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wind Rush! The condo has a gorgeous view of the ocean. The owners have tastefully decorated the entire condo with beautiful lighting, comfortable couch and leather recliners, very nice dining room, well appointed kitchen. The bed is comfortable, there is plenty of storage, and a walk-in closet. We met many other snow birds and owners and all were so welcoming to us. We would definitely recommend this beautiful place and hope to come back for another stay!

Gorgeous Ocean View! Loved watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee. Watched 2 launches, one from our balcony and one from rt 528. Kitchen layout & appliances were great. The filtered water was a very nice touch!! Thoughtfully decorated, very clean, tons of storage, & baskets to help us stay organized. Heated pool & hot tub were favorites. Other people were super friendly. Very convenient to grocery & restaurants. Hosts gave us a list of their personal favorites. Beach is close by, and very clean. Can't beat it!!

Windrush paradise

The condo was fabulous on the 5th floor with a beautiful view of the beach. Four rocket launches from Canaveral also with front row seating. A few steps from the condo and one was on the beach enjoying Florida warmth and sunshine. Our hosts were great overcoming our inability to initially access the facility. The condo was bright, fully equipped for relaxation and very quiet. The facility has open parking versus designated parking and unfortunately just a few handicap parking spaces. We hope to be able to stay at the facility again in the future.

We love living on the beach and want to share this experience with others through this beautiful property. Phillip and Shannon will be celebrating 32 years of marriage. We are an active family with three children spending much of our time with music, airplanes, and theater.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This beachfront condo was our home for about a year. We have personally experienced such a wonderful and restful time waking up to a beautiful sunrise, walking and running the beach, spending time under an umbrella and reading. Cocoa Beach is a special place because it is where many people visit to take in sunny Florida. It is close to the Port Canaveral for cruises, about an hour away from the theme parks, and is easy to get to & from the airport. Our condo also has a tennis/pickle ball court which has become widely popular.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Having a private balcony with a direct view of the ocean is ALWAYS a welcomed sight! Coming and going from the condo is very accessible and provides a great access point to many fun adventures including surfing, sailing, water skiing, kite skiing, jet skiing, and other water activities. There are multiple golf courses nearby as well as some great fishing on the Indian River and on the beach. There are fishing charters at Port Canaveral that is almost 15 minutes from the condo.
