Here at Banana Breeze Condominiums we take great pride in your vacation, providing professionally remodeled condos with a stunning view of the Banana River. This 2 bedroom 2
bathroom condo will check all the boxes from comfort to style to view and amenities. Providing such things as beach chairs & towels, kayaks, life jackets, outdoor shower and nonstop fun. Enjoy fishing off of one of the docks or kayaking the thousand islands. Hang out with the dolphins as they come in daily to feed, and maybe you’ll see some manatees! Don’t forget to watch the rocket launch from your window or docks. These are all things to enjoy on the property. If that isn’t enough the condos are ideally located for a short walk to the golf course, the aquatic center, or to downtown Cocoa Beach where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping. When you get back to the condo you will enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets that Cocoa Beach has to offer. As the moon rises the bioluminescence will surely be a site to see. We know you will love our home as much as we have.

Newly Renovated Unit in Apartment Building

This unit was great! There are renovations going on in at least one other unit. They do have an iron and ironing board. The coffee maker is a k-cup and drip combo. They have everything you need in the kitchen to cook, bake, etc. Spices/Condiments: just s&p, syrup, a couple others. Nothing else. Comfortable beds. H/W is hot enough. Three big flatscreens. One bedroom has a private bath. Prepare to buy more toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables. But you might be ok depending on length of stay. It was cold last week, so we didn't get in the water. We did see dolphins jumping around right behind the house. Some good restaurants around but watch out. It is a fairly long walk into town, for us anyway, so we drove. There are one-way roads, and it was a bit of a pain in the rear, but we finally got the hang of it on our 8th day, when we left. A few bikes would have been a nice add for this location, which is right across from the town schools. Watch your speed. We only heard the school PA system once or twice, but no yelling and screaming kids:) Close to the beach. It is a nice walk along the water, but nothing to do on the pier. Everyone was friendly. Oh, there is a British pub and restaurant Pig & Whistle or something. Go there. Toll expressway from Orlando to Cocoa. They have EZ pass, cash, and pay by plate. You are covered. The drive from the airport was great! It was and well planned out. Lots of infrastructure and road work going on! Love those red states! Peace-

First time in FL!

My brother, niece and I came to FL to watch my other niece represent our state (MT) in the USSSA Softball Challenge Cup. The space was as described! Beautiful views (we saw dolphins!), tons of birds, comfortable beds. Location was awesome. Plenty to do within walking distance, even more with just a short drive. Appreciated the cooler!The only thing we would have liked were a few more blankets or 1 or 2 that were a bit heavier. We experienced a few super cold, wet and windy days. The heater was great though!Thank you for a great stay!!

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was immaculate and newly remodeled. Everything seemed new (appliances, TVs, furnishings, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.). Everything we needed was provided. We hoped to get more use of the kayaks, but the weather was very cool. (Possibly, January is not the best time to visit this area of Florida). Owner was responsive. We availed ourselves of some of the restaurants the owner recommended and were not disappointed. Communication was great. Really nice place! Highly recommend.

This rental was recently updated and very nice. It was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The kayaks were fun. We even saw some dolphins!

Peaceful location

We were looking for a peaceful place away from the beach to spend a few days and we found it. Sitting out on the dock in the morning with our coffee watching the Pelicans and Osprey was great. We also saw dolphins and a river otter. We had plans to use the Kayaks but ultimately did not. The condo was clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable. It will be a nice place to revisit.

The place was immaculate and very well appointed. We would def stay there again. Water views of manatee and dolphins and access to kayaks was great.

Great condo

The condo was perfect. Stocked wirh everything you need and them some. Clean, comfy beds, great view of the river. Close to shopping. We will def. Come again!! and beaches.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren super, alles vorhanden und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Nutzung der Kajaks war klasse, somit waren wir viel auf dem See bei den Delfinen. Sehr zu empfehlen!Deprimakommen gerne wieder

Banana River Rocks!!!!

We had an amazing stay !! The kayaks were an awesome bonus! We saw birds, turtles, and dolphins. We actually were in the middle of a pod of dolphins, chasing fish! It was an amazing experience!! The condo is very spacious and clean. The a/c worked great!! Very tastefully decorated. We will definitely be back!!

The apartment was bigger than expected. Bright, quality furnishings, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. The facilities were all great. An amazing experience to kayak with dolphins. Plenty of parking. Easy to access Cocoa Beach. A wonderful start to our vacation.

Cocoa Beach stay

Our stay at cocoa beach was amazing. Property was amazing,clean, well maintained and furnished. Of all the places we have stayed at this is probably the best one. Close to the beach. Property is right on the river. Fishing was fun and lots of fish were caught. I highly recommend the property for your stay,we will be returning

Beautiful place Sketchy maintenance guy

Great place just wish the maintenance guy wasn’t so pushy and forgetful. “Forgot,” our check out date and almost walked in on my wife while she was trying to relax. Then told her we had 10 minutes to leave even though we were paid through the night. Slow your roll player. Check your calendar before you stop one job to check on paying clients.

Family reunion

Met my daughter and son in law in Florida. This is a very nice condo with all amenities one could ask for. Very close to Beaches, restaurants and night life. Saw dolphins from the living room window and dock. Kayaks included made for an awesome afternoon. I would highly recommend.

A Wonderful Stay

The condo is beautiful. Very clean with modern amenities. In a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the golf, aquatic and tennis complexes. We will definitely stay again. Check in was very easy and there is parking. We had a great week!
