Modern Farmhouse Style Duplex

This stylish two bedroom duplex is centrally located in Carrie Underwood's hometown of Checotah. You're just blocks away from locally owned restaurants, boutiques, antique shops, and grocery stores. You'll love that this farmhouse styled duplex has all the basic cooking essentials and a washer/dryer. Guests will enjoy all the comforts of home!

The duplex has a spacious open concept. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are all located in the main room. There are two bedrooms, one has a full size bed, the other has a queen size bed. Guests will enjoy their favorite shows on a 50 inch ROKU TV located in the living room.

Guests have the entire two bedroom duplex to themselves during their stay.

-Guests will hear trains as an active train track is only a couple of blocks away.
-Keep in mind that this is a duplex. You will share a wall with the neighbor.
-Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
-A doorbell camera is located at the front door for the safety/protection of our property and guests.
-No Smoking: A $200 fine for smoking of any kind may be charged for violating this rule.
-Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am: Noisy guests will be given a curtesy warning; if noise continues, guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
-Only 4 guests allowed in or on the property: Violating this clause could lead to immediate removal of all guest with no refund.
-Guests will be held responsible for any damaged items that need to be replaced.
-Locals must communicate with us before booking.
-No Parties Allowed!

Sister weekend

Perfect Spot

Richard was an awesome host, brought over a pack-n-play for our baby and extra towels. We had superb communication the entire stay and he was so quick to answer questions! The house is so clean and adorable, perfect little spot for us. We will definitely stay here again!

It was a perfect little getaway!! Very clean and beautiful inside!! The shower was amazing and very clean!!! Check in and check out were very easy and simple!! Communication was AMAZING and immediate!! Plus he made accommodations for me and went out of his way to help!!!

Amazing place!

Stayed here for work to be close to my client. Not only is the place clean and decorated so cute just like the pictures but it is very comfortable. The owner is very nice and makes sure you have all the information to get into the house but he is quick to respond when messaged. Thanks for the great stay!! I will stay here again if I am in the area.

Cute & Comfortable

We were very impressed with the overall look & feel of the duplex. The 1st nite was wonderful! However, the walls must be VERY thin (no insulation between the units) because the 2nd nite, unit A was occupied & we could clearly hear loud conversations from unit A, while trying to sleep in unit B! Also, the floors, being cement, made the bathroom floor extremely wet & slippery after a shower. The rugs were helpful, but perhaps a larger rug for in front of the sink would help? So make sure you bring your house shoes! Other than that, the place is lovely.

Fun little getaway!!

We went to spend time with new friends to watch fireworks at Eufaula!! It was a perfect little place to come back to and relax! We watched some Netflix and got some catfish from Dawn’s Place!! We only stayed one night, so we didn’t get to explore to much, but it was a cute little town!! The host is very nice and helpful! They gave me recommendations on restaurants and locations in Eufaula to watch fireworks! Thanks for being such a great host!!!! We would definitely stay again!

Cute Farm House

This property was super cute and functional. Nice layout of kitchen and living room combo. 2 bedrooms and a laundry room. We stayed 6days and 5 nights. The location was central to Checotah. B units approached from alleyway. It is located a half block from a Main Street. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Very nice unit. We will stay with Richard on our next family visit also.

Enjoyed!

It was spacious and comfortable and as advertised. The only thing I might add would be a couple of portable luggage racks. Since we were only there for a couple of days, we didn't want to completely unpack. There was ample storage and closet space if we had wanted to.

Checotah

Property was clean, lacked supplies after replacements were needed - should always stock paper towels and toilet paper. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom only 1 mirror, made that hard for everyone to get dressed waiting to use a mirror - add a full link in a bedroom. Need rugs, floors very cold and slippery if wet outside - drive is dirt, so mud was everywhere with pot holes. Location was good for my needs and the homes he owns around the unit were clean, but neighborhood very dirty.

Family reunion

Fantastic property! Right in the middle of Checotah, within a couple blocks of several restaurants, shops, and local amenities. Very clean, well-appointed, easy in and out with parking right outside the door. Richard was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. I'll definitely stay again next time we're in town!

USS Carr (FFG-52) Reunion

I arrive to Checotah, wondering if the accommodations would be as advertised. They far exceeded all expectations with the coziness one would find in a small town. The home is clean, and the host was most accommodating. Being so local to all of the activities in town it made the reunion for a Local Hero and the crew of his ship a great experience. I would highly recommend this property. And if I return to Checotah, it will be my first stop!

Our family has lived in the Checotah/Eufaula area for over 20 years. We have enjoyed all that the area has to offer such as fishing, boating, shopping, and enjoying the local restaurants. We enjoy traveling and know the importance of having a clean and relaxing place to stay when away from home.

This is a great place for travelers because of its proximity to highway 69 and interstate 40. Checotah is a small town with lots of rich history and plenty of restaurants and shops for guests to enjoy.
