Brand newly remodeled studio fully equipped. Walking distance to all attractions and services in a beach touristic area. I can pick you up at the airport as a welcome courtesy, upon availability.
Let us know what you need, and we'll have it for you. If you have a car, we can provide parking access (remote control and hanging permit with a security deposit. Ask in case you need it).
We offer the size of a king bed (80" L x 76" W) made of 2 XL twin beds we put together (80"L x 39"W ea.). Upon guest's needs, we can arrange a king size bed or 2 twin beds (please ask).
Be aware, the unit has hot/warm water only in the shower, and sometimes the water service closes (for a few hours) if there is any pending repair. Please help us turning the AC OFF every single time you leave the unit.
Be aware about the Puerto Rican Energy System. Blackouts are not uncommon and could happened at any time. If it happens during your stay, there is nothing we can do about it. However, our building has an electric generator that keeps all communal areas working, which include elevators, corridor lighting, lobby, patios, swimming pool, and water system, but not electricity inside the apartments.
Flat rates for the first 2 persons. Additional guests add extra charges. Children are welcome too, but if you child already pays plane ticket also pays here.

Excellent communication with host

This VRBO was just as advertised. Nice cozy studio with all the basic amenities provided plus a nice swimming pool on the property. Nearby everything ( within an 8 minute drive to the airport!) Gaby was a great host. She even picked us up from the airport. 10/10

Couples getaway

The condo was very clean. Everything you need. The pool was nice. Long walk to beach access. Restaurants in area were all good. Close markets and stores. We stayed for 4 days and it was the perfect getaway.

Nice place, location and host!

The listing is 100% accurate and Gabby communicates thoroughly

The stay was great. She provided everything, the building was nice, the neighbors were nice, the pool was huge and clean, the walk to the beach was roughly 4 minutes, the shower water was consistently warm, I enjoyed staying here and will do so again if available.

Weekend stay

I stayed here for two nights. Great location right next door to ESJ hotel. Five minute walk to the beach. The room was comfortable and clean, as described. Gabby is responsive and a great host. I would definitely stay here again.

First time in PR

First time in PR and I absolutely loved the island! Big thanks to Gabby for being so friendly and allowing us to stay at her beautiful apartment! The place was clean and very close to the beach, she was an amazing host, greeted us to provide keys and to give us tips on where to visit! I will highly recommend this home!

Sweet little Suite

Had a good experience here. Spotless, new and fresh. Host was super responsive and available before and during stay. Location was great for beach and activities locations. Locals were so amazing and welcoming considering I was solo. I would def stay here again.

Very clean, neighborhood just a little loud for us

The place was great, super clean, everything we needed. The building was quiet, we just didn't like the neighborhood. It's on a super busy street with lots of noise and at the end of the airport runway. I know they can't do anything about that, and it's great to be able to walk to anything you need, I just wanted to put it out here since we would like to have known.

Very nice apartment

The apartment was very nice. Location was great being next to many restaurants, within walking distance to the grocery store & a short walk to the beach. Airplane noise is annoying, but we had ear plugs for sleeping. A larger coffee pot would be great! We would definitely return. Gaby was a gracious host!!!

Nice condo

We stayed in the condo and booked it at the last minute due to a family emergency and the owner Gabriela was so nice and gracious to us. She promptly answered my request and had the condo cleaned and ready for us. I am greatly thankful. The condo was clean and it’s been freshly renovated with all the amenities you would need for enjoying your stay. We recommend it.

This place is so clean and very cozy great area safe every thing is close by airport stores and very secure and it has parking and Gabriela is great always thiere when you need her I did not come here for vacation but for a family death and Gabriela was very help full in our stay I alway come to Puerto Rico and I hope I will come back for vacation and can stay here again thank you Gabriela for everything

Great location close to everything you need for a great stay

From beginning to end of our stay we were very comfortable and happy. The location is near many restaurants, stores, casinos, Isael verde beach and airport. Me and my family had a great time staying at this location. We highly recommend this place.

Perfect stay!

This was our first time using Gabriela’s services and I must say.. this was the perfect stay for my family and I. Staying with my husband, our 14year old daughter and our 4year old son. Gabriela made this as easy as possible. From meeting us at 1:30am for checkin. To giving us the tour. She pointed out all the amenities. There was even a book/guide stating the rules and some recommendations. We were in the heart of it all. Walking distance to our favorite breakfast spot. To trying some others along the way. All walking distance of course. She even provided a parking permit for us to use. Which made getting around the island so much more convenient. We stayed for 11nights and I have to say it was too short. My kids didn’t want to leave the pool. If it were up to them our stay would’ve been just there. We will definitely use her again! Thank you Gabriela for hosting us. You made us feel at home!

Best host and incredible stay

Our experience in San Juan was absolutely amazing. Gaby went above and beyond to make our arrival special, picking us up from the airport even though it was well past midnight. Not only that, but she also kindly stocked up our groceries. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and well-arranged, equipped with all the necessary cooking essentials. Occasionally, we could hear the airplanes passing by, but that's a common occurrence in Isla Verde. We highly recommend this place for your next trip!

1st stay during 10 day visit

Pictures do not do this place justice. Clean and location was good. Pay the extra for the secure parking. You will get your deposit back if you return gate opener. Close to beach and good food. Would use again.

Super comfortable and convenient

We stayed with a large group of Moms and daughters for a gymnastics competition at Kalahari. It was comfortable for all of us and was so convenient. The teens loved the bunk beds and the adults liked having privacy. Host was quick to answer any questions. Good choice for families and large friend groups.
