Enjoy the beach, restaurants and spectacular sunsets at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Perfect for couples or to travel alone. Condo is located in the best area of Isla Verde (Alambique). Just a 7 minutes' drive from airport. Mid-size pool to enjoy, paid laundry downstairs for your convenience. 24hrs security guards. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The beach is less than half a block walking distance. We provide a private parking space *at NO cost! : )
The building is located just in front of CVS open 24/7.
The living room faces the north, where the ocean view and breeze will relax you while you lounge, watch tv on the two comfy armchairs. We have 60" smart tv.
Our property includes 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited and include soaps and shampoos in the bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, dish sponge.

The unit was exactly as listed and the location was very convenient to the airport, shopping, and dining. We flew in the night before our cruise and waking up to the beautiful ocean view was the perfect way to start to our vacation! The host was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

this property was very clean and had everything that was promised, including beach chairs and towels which was so convenient considering the beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. the host communicated promptly and solved any issues we had, making sure our stay was excellent! thank you!

The room was in a perfect location. The apartment was clean and had several amenities. The beach chairs and towels were very handy. The cover parking too since the sun is strong. The communication was great, she was very responsive and explained in detail how to get in. Safe area, also has security too. Lots of places to eat and not loud.

The room was very clean and well furnished for work and for play with a great view of the beach. The host made sure check in and check out was smooth and was very accommodating of our needs. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the neighborhood!

Beautiful place with an ocean view a block away from the beach. The place had sufficient necessaries to get you started including water. Pharmacy across the street and a shopping center with some restaurants. La Casita restaurant had good local food at reasonable prices. Very attentive host to assure a great experience.

I enjoyed this apartment very much and may try to rent it again as I have to return to Puerto Rico frequently. Very convenient with 24-hr security guard, parking, A/C. Spacious enough for my individual needs and the view is gorgeous. Very near the beach and building has pool and laundry room. You can walk to strip mall with various eateries and shop. Across the street is drugstore with multilevel parking where any visitors might leave their cars when they come by. Apartment remodel itself is not necessarily very recent (in terms of fixtures etc) but well-kept and clean. Yari is an attentive and helpful host. Only reason I took a star off the "value" category is because there was water rationing! (But that is not her fault.)

We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again! Our host was very thoughtful about every detail from supplying beach towels and beach chairs to chocolates for us to enjoy when we arrived. We loved the easy walk to the beach. Our favorite restaurants were Kumo Rooftop and Lifeguards of the Reef. Lots of details were provided for the check in process. We would recommend this property to anyone!
