I was pleasantly surprised that the house was as big as it was. Most places the pictures make it look big and then it is really small. This house is so big you have plenty of space. It has everything you need as advertised. Easy to get to from any direction. My sister has anxiety and mobility issues and she felt really relaxed here and had her own walk in shower and sliding door to pool area.

The the property was very clean very nice location. Easy access to the local grocery stores, convenience stores and freeway. Very smaller issues with a master bedroom t v not connecting to the internet, so unable to watch t v while relaxing in bed. The fire pit did not light. So we were unable to relax during the late evenings and enjoy the fire pit, but not a big deal. The pool was amazing again I would highly recommend this property.

I appreciate the sharing of their home. It was comfortable and I cooked meals daily the 6 days we stayed. Lots of games, a pool and a pool table on site.

Home from home

Came across this gem and so thankful for the opportunity to stay here. Communication was on point. The house was so welcoming to our group and had much more for us than what we expected.

A nice neighborhood and comfortable home

The home was in a very pleasant neighborhood with plenty of parking. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals, and overall the home was very clean. We were very comfortable for the week we stayed, and I appreciated the quick response from the host/manager when I had questions about the thermostat. I would rent this home again the next time we are in the area.

Nice place to stay.

Me and my family stayed for the weekend. The house was very beautiful inside. Some of the counters had scratches. The shower was plugged and the washer didn’t want to work while checking out. And the host gave us three towels for the 5 of us.We had a few issues while staying, but overall it’s a nice house to relax at. The neighborhood is really safe and quiet.

Awesome property - misleading number of beds

My groomsmen and I stayed here before my wedding - the listing said 11, but that was based on a count that assumed two adults would share a full bed. There were two full beds that they counted as sleeping four total - we ended up having to use a mattress from the garage that didn't have sheets in order to have beds for everyone. Other than that the property was fantastic - just don't bring more than 7 adults.

Backyard not as pictured, kitchen not stocked

Communication with the PM was very good, the beds were comfortable, the place was clean, neighborhood nice, pool table very nice. There were games, which was nice. The house was clean, but just had a general sense of inattention to maintenance. I was told ahead of time there would be bedding for the extra beds - while there was duvets, there were no extra sheets or pillows. Big disappointment was the ping pong table was broken/dirty, didn't even have a net. Backyard wasn't clean or welcoming. I cooked 2 dinners and that was very unpleasant due to limited kitchen tools, tons of empty drawers, entire categories of kitchen basics missing such as serving utensils, main cooking utensils, dish towels, large pots/pans. This house would be great, if all of those things were addressed.
