Game room is complete with 4x8 regulation pool table, a ping pong table that sets on top of pool table, electronic dart board (not for unsupervised young Children) TIKI Bar with lighting.
65" Flat screen comcast TV in family room also flat screen T.V's in everyroom including
50" outdoors with dish network, Fire stick, Hulu though-out the entire home.
Gas fire pit with fire & ice glass, Covered patio, Tropical yard with outdoor lighting and Tiki torches (ambiance at night is Amazing front and rear yards) pool floats & toys, volleyball net for a bit of fun family competation!
This home has that inviting comfortable feel that everyone enjoys. I entertain frequently, everyone comments how beautiful, comfortable, and fun the home is.
Master bedroom is huge!
Master bathroom ensuite has an incredible stone shower with large dressing area, marble counter top with his and her sinks.
Mirror Wardrobe doors in all bedrooms.
Living area downstairs, with all bedroom upstairs.There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and family room with dimmers for the lights.
This is the type of home that gives you that warm comfortable feel right from the moment you walk in, or really from when you drive up! This home will not dissapoint any expectations.
With the many rave reviews you can be sure your stay in my home will be COMFORTABLE, FUN, CLEAN, and feel like its your home.

Be honest on your inquiry, 5 guests included in rental, additional guests $75 ea. per guest per night. Behaving, playing by the rules, respecting my home, property, and myself, you will have an amazing experience!
You will receive your full deposit returned, as long as you leave my home as received with the exception of normal cleaning.
Security cameras in front yard and in backyard for both of our protection. 3 night minimum rental.

The two BBQ's 1 gas and 1 charcoal provide a great cooking experiance outside while watching your favorite sporting event, favorite show or listining to your favorite music. Flat screen TV's in every room including outside patio area right next to the Pool/Jacuzzi/Firepit with BLUETOOTH sound systems thoughout. Game Room with Pool table/ping pong table, Electronic Dart board, Tiki Bar!
This home is perfect for Family reunions, small weddings/receptions, birthdays, and business gatherings, or anyone that prefers a private Awesome, FUN Home over a Hotel, additional charges for any events or additional invitees not on the rental agreement.

Additional charges apply for additional guests over the 6 included for your rental. There are hiking trails just outside the front door and a Wildlife area just a 1/4 mile away that has miles hiking/biking a nature center and the Santa Ana river.
Horse rentals are 1/2 mile, Silver Lakes Sport Complex just 8 minutes away!
There are also three country bars about a mile away, The Water wheel for line dancing with free lessons, Great food and Karaoke at the Saddle Sore Saloon& Dancing for the whole family, and of course Mavricks that has live music for the younger crowd.

Back yard has an 11’ umbrella with LED lights, two tables that seat 10, and a folding picnic table that will seat 6 in the back yard, wonderful for pool side lunches or dinners, of course the large covered and lit patio gives you shade during the day, with very cool ambient lighting at night, and covers the Jacuzzi if it's raining out.
You can be soaking in the Jacuzzi with the outside 42" smart tv or Bluetooth sound system watching your favorite movie, sporting event, or maybe just your favorite music playing, the fire pit lit just 4' away enjoying the ambiance with the many malibu/solor lights in this large, tropical, very private back yard paradise.
You can just melt away with a glass of wine soaking in the jacuzzi watching your favorite movie or sporting event while the kids play in the pool, the custom granite fire/ice firepit is glowing just a few feet away Your furry friends invited to share the family experiance for an additional $50.00 per night per dog, however only with owners approval prior to arrival and must be on the inquiry.
