Update on the dock. August 10th Fishing off the dock is now available,cleaning station was put back in place. We also have added post so you can hook up a hammock so you can relax and enjoy the sun. Boat slips are available. The slips are not included with the price of accoumodation. Please message if you’re interested in renting boat slip

Beautiful spot, very clean and a great view. Short drive to downtown. The place was much bigger than expected. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place. Very spacious and well furnished. Good location- close to downtown but not in it and close to the beach. Wonderful view of the water. It was very quiet and peaceful watching the sun rise over the water and the stars at night.

We had a wonderful stay at this very spacious rental! Our family of 5 stayed very comfortably and lived all of the extras. From snacks in the kitchen to toiletries in the bathroom, this place was very well stocked. We didn’t cook here but did enjoy the coffee bar and kitchen was very well stocked if we had cooked. Thank you for a great stay!

We absolutely loved our time at this property! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The property was fully stocked with everything you would need, including thoughtful extras like drinks, snacks, toiletries. We will definitely book again the next time we visit the area!

This Vrbo stay exceeded our expectations! It had plenty of space for our family of five and was incredibly clean. The amenities covered everything we needed—plus thoughtful extras that made it feel special.The location was perfect—just a few minutes’ drive to both the beach and downtown, plus we could easily walk to a brewery, coffee shops, and great dinner spots. The docks right outside were a huge hit—our boys loved fishing, and Im so glad I brought my SUP for a morning paddle. Communication with the host was excellent—checked in to make sure everything was going well, and the check-in process was seamless. Just a heads up: it’s on the 3rd floor with stairs, but access and parking were easy.We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great place! Highly recommend. There was unbelievable attention to detail. Super clean and every amenity you would ever need and more was there. Incredible kitchen and balcony area with beautiful views. Great location in Anastasia island. Will plan to book again. Just was great also and communicated with us.

This place was awesome! Came by boat from New Smyrna Beach weather was epic! Docked at the slip for the house and had an amazing time! House was stocked with everything you need. Super clean and the views were amazing! Close to downtown and some cool bars just a block away! Will definitely be coming back! Thank you for letting us stay at your place! Capt. Gorgeous sunrises, fantastic hosts

The hosts were very responsive and stocked the house with lots of amenities. The sunrises were worth getting up for! There was plenty to do on the island and the historical district/beaches were a short drive. Highly recommend.

Night of Lights Stay

We had the best time staying here! We came for the night of lights and it was perfect. Such a great location and so cozy! The view of the river was amazing as well! Communication was great and anything we needed was thought of! Definitely recommend!

Gorgeous flat, amazing location!

We had an amazing time staying here. Great communication with the property manager and had absolutely everything we might need. It was like a hotel, but way better! Our kids are still asking if we can go back! We may have to make it a regular family vacation spot if they keep it up :)
