Two bedroom condo with one bath. Fresh new flooring in these condo. Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom two has a full size bed and a set of twin bunks. Full kitchen with dining table to sit and enjoy a meal together. Gas fireplace in the living area to make a nice cozy gathering place. Easy access to this condo as it is on the same level as the parking area. Ski lockers available for renters. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Cozy little condo

We loved the convenience of ski on and off and the house provided for all of our needs and was very comfortable.

Best Sunday River Rental experience ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As the title says, this was our best experiencing renting at Sunday River ever, and we've had a ton of experiences. The place was clean, well-stocked, great space, easy check-in / out systems, and Four Seasons was super responsive and available the couple of times we had questions, like when we first arrived and had trouble with the lockbox.

Exactly as described and then some

As a VRBO host we have high expectations when we stay at other people’s properties and appreciate the little extras that aren’t advertised but make the rental that much more enjoyable. The air purifiers in every room as well as the available use of coffee grinder, and cooking condiments are excellent touches on what is already a well situated, ski-in/ ski out condo. Its perfect location allows for talking lunch at the condo and avoiding the lines and high prices at the resort cafeterias. Access to ski locker, laundry (that accepts credit cards) and pool are also a plus. Communication with Louise was excellent. A couple of minor challenges given the recent storms were well communicated upfront and allowed us to plan ahead. 100% would rent again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have found from this past stay and previous stays at condos on the mountain that they are desperately understocked. We brought our own toilet paper and paper towels because there is never enough supplied. Three rolls of toilet paper for six people for 5 nights is not nearly enough. Two rolls of paper towels is not enough. It should also be noted in the agreement that one has to "call" to have the outdoor pool opened.

Great location for a ski weekend

The condo is the perfect size for our family of four skiing. Nice big room for living room/dining room off the kitchen. Great for hanging out after skiing. A 2 minute walk across the parking lot to the lift.
