I stayed here with my two teenage boys and it was perfect for us. They took the king bed, and I slept on the single bed. Everything was clean, and convenient. We loved the pool, hot tub and sauna, as well as it being ski in/ski out. Great location! We would definitely stay here again!!!

The place was perfect for my wife and for a quick ski get away. The ski in and ski out was very convenient. We also liked that no ski boots are allowed in the building just downstairs at the lockers. Plenty of room the put them on down there and go right out to the slopes.I would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice rental - very clean with comfortable beds. Great to be able to ski in and out, as it is right on the mountain! Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. My wife and I stayed here with our daughter for spring break. The condo was extremely clean, modern and had everything that we needed, allowing us to prepare/cook all of our meals. The location was perfect, we were able to step outside and the North Peak left was right there. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to a couple of questions when planning our trip. We will definitely stay here when we return to Sunday River to ski again..

Perfect Studio Space

The space itself was perfect. Small, clean studio for 3 people (2 adults one child). The only negative was the overwhelming odor of marijuana in the hallways of the building, which was no fault of this particular unit.

Perfect for two

The location is clean and right on the slope. We put our skies on at the side door of the building and skidded right over to the chondla chair. Bed is a comfy king size. There's an oven and range to do some cooking. Which we did it worked well. The studio works great for a couples ski getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect little condo right next to the slopes, comfortable and clean, with everything you need. Access to the pool sauna and hot tub was a bonus as well. Only thing that was not great was the upstairs neighbor, a lot of banging and walking around well into the night, other then that awesome place to stay!
