Great Location to everything!

Great stay! Everything you need for enjoyable stay! Wish weather had been warmer. This home has a wonderful backyard area. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Just a great place to stay if head to the Quarry for shopping or San Antonio Rodeo.

This little gem is absolutely adorable. Clean as a whistle and puppy friendly. The owners thought of everything. The decor is very tasteful. We ubered everywhere with no problem. I would highly recommend this gem to everyone I know!!

Great house in a great neighborhood!

We frequently travel to San Antonio to visit family and while a quick trip the location we stay makes a big difference. This home is superbly clean, exactly as described and perfectly located in the beautiful Monte Vista neighborhood. Chase, the homeowner gives you all the information you need to have a great trip. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more and look forward to staying again.

Great stay!

Fantastic location, we were less than 10-15 minutes from places we wanted to visit (riverwalk, seaworld, la canterra, brackenridge park/zoo). Great backyard for the kids to run around. Very clean home with comfy fbeds and sheets. Excellent communication with the host. Thanks for a great stay!

Best vacation rental I’ve booked

This is a gem of a place to stay. The house and backyard are beautiful! The neighborhood was so wonderful! Less than a 10 minute walk to delicious food and coffee. We stayed during peak Christmas time and spent a lot of our evenings just walking around the surrounding neighborhoods looking at lights and it was magical. The host was so accommodating and great with communication and making sure they were making it the best stay possible. I will recommend this place to all my friends and we will definitely stay here anytime we are back in the area.

Lovely Bungalow

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this bungalow. The house looks like it’s been recently renovated and is very chic. The backyard has a nice little area to relax, read, or eat outside with friends and family. It was very conveniently located close to the river walk, the zoo (which you definitely need to go see if you’re in the area), and the Frost center. We were actually in town to go to a basketball game. Chase was easy to get in contact with and a wonderful host. We will definitely book this home again on our next trip to San Antonio.

Exactly what we were looking for.

In town to spend time with our son who is in school nearby. This was a great place to hang out and relax as a family. Very clean, convenient location and good communication by the host. Highly recommend!

A memorable stay at a memorable property.

Chase the owner was amazing. I have never seen an owner respond so quickly to everything. His approach mirrors the quality of the property. When travelling it is always difficult when staying in small hotel rooms with limited services. To have access to a home away from home makes the trip so much more relaxing. Chase delivered big time on all counts. We look forward to a return visit in the next year or so. Thanks to Chase!!!

Clean and quiet craftsman style house

My husband and I stayed here while attending our son’s graduation from basic training. He came back while in a day pass and we enjoyed some home cooked meals together. The home is a great size and the kitchen is well stocked. The host had coffee pods available for me in the morning and I loved our quiet stay. Everything was wonderful and the house had a lot of charm.

Property is very nice and comfortable!

I took my daughter and her friends here for a little vacation to go to Sea World. We very much enjoyed the house and it is exactly as advertised, if not even better with a comfy mattress and fancy fridge. Everyone loved the house and we had a wonderful visit!

Radiant Restoration

The home was impressively restored, from the gorgeous floors to the beautiful decor, you csn tell the home was well planned for optimal comfort. I love the privacy, i could appreciate the neighborhood as we walked around looking at the other restoration. You could tell these owners are pros at what they do. Perfect for a home feel getaway

Family of 5 plus 2 very small dogs. We were all pleasantly surprised to arrive to the bungalow and it look just like the listing! Our host was so kind and communicated very well right before, during, and even shortly after our visit. The location is pretty great, it's a quiet, somewhat family oriented neighborhood, the train wasn't bad, but there was one morning the conducter rode through blaring the horn around 3 am, so be prepared for that if you're an easy waker. My husband was able to walk with our children to get some breakfast around the corner one morning at a normally busy burrito place! We actually had to visit an urgent care while visiting and it was so close and convenient, we're not daily city drivers so location was a HUGE positive before we arrived and definitely worked in our favor. We will definitely book this bungalow again for any future visits, they even set our stuff for our dogs and had basic use items available (shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath, body wash, detergent [arm&hammer] and hair dryer, vacuum, heater, home security, air worked amazingly, king bed was the best mattress I've ever slept on). You won't regret booking this bungalow!

My wife and I travel a lot and get to interact with other hosts ourselves, so we know what matters; fast WiFi, a good coffee setup, clean and comfy beds, and local tips you can actually use from a host that's extremly responsive. Traveling can be stressful. Let me do my part to take some of that stress away, so you can enjoy yourself!
