Our OCEANFRONT 2 bedroom, well appointed condo boasts a spectacular sunrise right from the balcony as you sip your morning coffee. It rests on the 3rd floor, making the views of the ocean that much more spectacular and is still just a short boardwalk away to miles of beautiful beaches. Features 2 pools (1 heated), 5 hot tubs, tennis courts, a pickleball court, and bocci. Just 10 mins from the fabulous Old Town Historic District.

We live on a small off-grid homestead just outside of Asheville, NC. One of our favorite spots to visit has always been St. Augustine, and we won/host multiple properties in the area.
Back at home on the mountain, Maria is a kindergarten teacher, and Butch is a tech entrepreneur. We have two daughters who enjoy school, traveling, and meeting new people. We are so happy to have an excuse to visit the St. Augustine area many many times a year combining our work and play.
